They are consistent and affordable. It is a small company. He is very contentious about his work and very reliable. He is reliable, contentious and he is affordable. I would grade him 'A's all the way down.

I've used this service for 5+ years, It includes mowing, trimming and blowing the grass of the walks.  My lawn always looks nice.  The service is consistent and reliable.

We have been using them for about 3 years now. The workers are fabulous. They have also done spring cleanup and mulching for us.

This is a terrific company.  They mow your grass weekly and always do an excellent job.  When it comes to the spring and fall, they provide clean up and mulch.  We could not be happier with the service.

After a big storm knocked over most of our fence panels (and lots of other damage), I needed an estimate for insurance purposes. Rocky Fork was the only fencing company that was willing to come out and give me a free written estimate.

They rearranged schedules to do so before my wife arrived at the house so she would have a great first impression.  To top it all off, the vegetables from the garden are growing incredibly and will feed my family for months!  Bill is incredible to work with and very customer focused.  He delivered exactly what I asked for, on time and with a great eye for detail.  As a person, Bill has high integrity and that matters as much, if not more, to me than the quality of the work performed.  I could not recommend Rocky Fork more highly and will absolutely work with them next year when it's time to remulch the beds again!

I left two messages and never heard back, so I contacted another provider.

They were professional and they gave their quote like we expected. It wasn’t the lowest one and we didn’t go with them. We didn’t have any problems with them giving us the quote. They answered our questions. They were on time.

They not only mow, but make the lawn look neat. Unlike some other lawn services they come out and look at the lawn to see if it needs to be cut. They won't cut it if it doesn't need it, I particularly like that about them. Their billing is always prompt and accurate. In the spring when the grass is growing very fast they do double cutting, which is cutting it once at a higher level then lower their mowers and cut in a different direction.

The fence is still nice and sturdy, and we have not had any problems with it. They were also done in about two days, they came out put all the post in and the next day it was done. They were reasonable and we liked what they used. We had them use wires so our dogs could not squeeze through the fence.

Bill did an excellent job with the edging and mulching. Him and his crew were punctual, courtesy and completed the work the way we wanted it done. My wife and I appreciate all of the work done on a short notice. I would definitely call Bill for any work in the future.

He provides consistent service and his service is fairly priced.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND WERE PROMPT, AND DID EXACTLY WHAT WE ASKED TO HAVE DONE. VERY NICE MEN WORKING. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

BILL CAME TO ESTIMATE JOB PROMPTLY (AND OVER THE WEEKEND!). HE WAS HELPFUL IN OUTLINING SUGGESTIONS FOR PLANT CARE, ETC. THE WORK DONE WAS FIRST CLASS & RELIABLE -- THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO CARE FOR MY LAWN AFTER CLEANING-UP YARD.

DURING THE DRIER PART OF THE YEAR THEY WILL NOT MOW IF THE LAWN DOES NOT NEED IT. I LIKE THAT BILL, THE OWNER, IS DOING THE WORK HIMSELF. HE IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. IN THE FALL I HAVE USE HIM FOR LEAF REMOVAL TOO.

BILLY AND HIS CREW DO A WONDERFUL JOB AND I INTEND TO CONTINUE USING HIS COMPANY NEXT YEAR. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND A COMPANY WHO WOULD MOW A RESIDENTIAL YARD AT MY LOCATION IN GAHANNA. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILLY AND HIS CREW TO ANYONE.
