Provider was responsive to my phone call and came out to give me a quote late on a Saturday afternoon. He offered to come back Sunday and complete the work. I had already purchased the door and handle. He arrived as promised on Sunday morning and had the pre-hung door installed within 5 hours. He also moved the door frame slightly to enable a full swing opening, his helpful suggestion. Overall he was prompt, quality of work was good and was flexible in terms of doing the door on a Sunday.

After Mr. Headlee received the garage doors, he informed us that they may not fit because they were the wrong size for the radius of our tracks. However, he still wanted to attempt installation with these doors. Once started on the job, he stated that the doors would work. When we returned home, we noted that he had cut into the beams 50-75% in our garage ceiling in order to accomodate the doors without consulting us first. We discussed this with him and ultimately decided to leave the work as is. However, in the past 2 months (the original job was done October 2, 2006), both doors have started malfunctioning and require manual assist to close 50-75% of the time. In addition, the light on one of our openers no longer works (despite new bulbs), although it worked before the new doors were installed. We have attempted to contact Mr. Headlee multiple times for the past 2 weeks; no call back. His invoice states there is a one year warranty on all materials and labor.

There was a problem with the patio slider and Mr. Headlee responded immediately to fix the problem. He was always on time and was very meticulous about his work. I highly recommend Robert Headlee. He has a good old fashioned work ethic. We will definitely use him again.

Bob was the installer for a door purchased at the Anderson's General Store. He was very professional and experienced. Would not hesitate to have him do work in my house again.

MR. HEADLEE IS A VERY SKILLED DOOR INSTALLER. HE DOES GREAT WORK AND IS REASONABLY PRICED. HE IS A PERSON YOU CAN TRUST.

"WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THIS MEMBER. WE DID INSTALL A STORM DOOR THROUGH LOWE''S FOR SOMEONE OF A DIFFERENT NAME THAT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. #1-INSTALLATION PRICING IS SET BY LOWE''S - NOT THE INSTALLER. THE INSTALLER DOES NOT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID TO LOWE''S FOR INSTALLATION. #2-IF THIS IS REGARDING THE MEMBER WE KNOW OF (PERHAPS, A SIGNIFICANT OTHER TO THE MEMBER), WE RECEIVED A SERVICE CALL ON 3/14 AT 11:18AM FROM LOWE''S (WHERE THE CUSTOMER PURCHASED THE DOOR & INSTALLATION). WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER ON 3/15 @ 11:58AM, AND PROVIDED SERVICE ON 3/17 @ 10-12:00AM. THE CUSTOMER HAD A DOOR DECORATION ON THE ENTRY DOOR WHICH WAS STOPPING THE STORM DOOR FROM CLOSING. THE DOOR DECORATION WAS REMOVED AND THE DOOR WORKED PROPERLY. SERVICE WAS PROVIDED AND THE WORK ORDER WAS CLOSED WITH NO FURTHER CALLS FROM THE CUSTOMER OR LOWE''S. (THIS REPORT WAS NOT READ UNTIL 3/6/05 FOR FIRST TIME. WE DID NOT KNOW THIS REPORT WAS ON FILE, OR WE WOULD HAVE RESPONDED TO ANGIE''S LIST IMMEDIAT"

LOWES SELECTED THEM FOR US, WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY THAT THIS IS WHO THEY USE. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH US EXPLAINING THE NEW DOORS. THE FINISHED WORK IS EXCELLENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOB TO ANYONE.
