I would give them an A. We haven't had a minute of trouble with the furnace. They put it in within a day. They were here right when they said they would be. They are well worth the price and their prices are more than fair. The workers are courteous, punctual, no problems. There were two workers, plus the owner who came to check on them.

They're great. They're very straightforward and only fix what needs to be fixed. They come out very quickly and are friendly. They also only charged $39 for as a diagnosis/service fee, which is really inexpensive compared to other business.

I called up Rite Temperature Heating and Air Conditioning when I was having problems with my older furnace. They changed the heat pump and added new duct work. They had to replace the venting out from the house and it now comes out from the side of the house, because of new codes. The cleanup wasn't as great as I would have liked; they left messes that weren't cleaned up until they finally left.

VERY CLEAN and NEAT; TRIED VERY HARD NOT TO DAMAGE ANYTHING IN MY HOUSE; VERY THOROUGH; THEY WERE VERY QUIET WHILE WORKING--NO FOUL LANGUAGE OR LOUD TALKING. THEY WERE JUST VERY CONSCIENTIOUS WORKERS.
