The salesmen and their helpfulness stood out. They were in and out fast and didn’t leave a mess.  They took all of the old carpeting out and away.

It went really well. When they pulled off the old carpet I wanted to make sure the wood floor beneath it was good and they were very helpful with that. Their professionalism was very good and they understood that I was very leery of what was going on.

We have their estimate. Their customer service seems good, as well the price.

My wife worked with Michael at the N. Hamilton store, who proceeded to come out on his day off to measure our space. Mike has been fantastic since the beginning of this process. Bullnose edging was ordered, as well as transition strips into the bedrooms.
The installation crew showed up to install the floor without the edging (which I knew about prior). Instead of informing me that we should wait for the edging, or actually cutting a straight line, the installation crew leader told me that he didn't think he could cut it straight so he would order an overlap edge to hide his crappy and quot;craftsmenship.and quot; He called to order what he said was the right strip, which I later found out was a fake phone call. I called Michael to let him know what happened. He sent out another install person a week later after I argued with the customer service person to find a time slot for me since my family with three kids were moving into the house the following week and couldn't wait three weeks. She sent the person out, who was very professional, at which point I was informed that the edging that we ordered would not work because of their crap work.
I contacted Michael again and informed him of what has happened. He told me we had to order another type of overlap that would work and that he would try to get my railing installed for free. I received no return phone call for several days to confirm any of this. When I called again, I was told the strip would be in between January 3 and January 8. The strip never showed up and I never received any type of communication to that effect.
Tonight my wife stopped into the store to find out what is going on and was told the strip will be in on Monday, another 7 days. This is rediculous. The install crew was a joke and no one at this company seems to take responsability for their hack job of an install, except for the salesperson Michael and his customer service person that he works with. I would think an owner would call at some point to issue an apology to my wife and I for this rediculousness.

It was not a positive experience. We had problems with the scheduling, we scheduled for a time and they said they would be out one day, we waited all day and nothing happened. We called them the next day and they said they would be here about 12 but they didn't show up till late, they were here till 9 o'clock at night. We had to follow up on some things.

They did excellent work.
