Very good professional company - did clean work and good quality. Was good about following up on our asks. Appreciated supplier list and all were great to work with. Workers were friendly and kept space clean.

They have done a lot of work in our house and I like them. They do an excellent job but they are very expensive. Bud Ritchey will come every single day and see what the workmen have done. If he doesn't like it and if it is not done to his satisfaction, he will send the workmen back out. You get good quality work but you are paying for it. You have to decide if you are willing to do that. I would not hesitate to recommend them, but they are expensive. All of the guys that work for him have been with him for a while and you can leave them in your house. You don't have to worry about something going missing. I absolutely trust them. I don't have to worry about them in the house with me or without me in the house. They come when they say they will. If a previous job is taking too long, they will call. They are dependable. They do good quality work. I think he could probably do the work a little cheaper but I haven't tried to bargain with him. I think if you bargained with him, he would come down. We would use them again.

I did not hire this company because the estimate seemed higher compared to other contractors. Had this company's quote been more in line with other estimates, I would likely have hired Ritchey Construction. Mr. Ritchey was extremely professional. I have seen his work in other homes and it appears to be of high quality and craftmanship.

Mr. Ritchey comes every day that you are having work done to check things out. The one time we had a problem with water leaking after their plumber forgot to close a valve, they had someone there within minutes to fix the problem. Their prices are high, but the quality makes it worth the price. They are always exactly on time, and their workers are all extremely professional.

Fred's crew does great work. The basement looks great and everything else was done very well. Somewhat pricey... as is everything in Bexley.
