RIGHT WAY HEATING & COOLING

We purchased our home approximately one year ago, with the home was a warranty service. Our AC/Furnace blower went out in early July on an 80 degree day. Per our warranty agreement, we are required to call the warranty service who then contract a company to repair the equipment.  Our warranty company arranged the service with Rightway Heating & Cooling.
That said, Rightway came to our home about 36 hours after our AC was out of service. We were given a timeframe when they may arrive. They arrived during the discussed timeframe and called approximately 15 minutes before their arrival. Two repairmen arrived and looked at the equipment, quickly determining the issue. They advised that a new blower was required and they would have to order the part. The repairmen were very cordial and efficient. I would hear from their office within a 36 hours regarding next steps. 
After the blower motor was received by Rightway, they were able to install and we again had functioning AC.

Getting my AC unit back up and running went great! The provider arrived promptly, quickly went to the outside unit, was quickly able to diagnose the problem and remedied it immediately! He was respectful, polite, and friendly.

My furnace went out last january.  I had to find someone to fix it kinda quick.  I ask my neighbor who he used the last time.  I was told to call Rightway.  He said they were quick and very reasonable on price.  I was thinking that maybe I could get another year out of the funace I had, but expected that I was possable that a new one was not out of the question.  I call them and talked to mel
She told me that they were very busy.  It would be possible to get someone out that same night, but it may be a little late.  I agreed and by 7p.m. there was Bill.  I could tell he was tired.  I showed him where the funace was and gave him a cup of coffee.  He said that he could fix My furnace, but it may not be cost effective.  The fan motor was out and several other things were going on.  I had failed to replace the filter over the last year or more. I have had estimates in the past couple years to repace the funace but I could not find the Money to do it.  Rightways price was at least $2000 less than the the previous estimates.  So after some number crunching, the wife and I managed to find the Money.  Bill Told me that he could be out the next day with a new furnace. By noon the next day we had our new furnace and air-conditioner.  By 5p.m. they were out the door.  Nice people,  They seemed to understand that we were on a budget.  we got our first gas bill and it was more than half of what it used to be.  And since I forget to change the filters he signed me up for his service plan.  He will come out twice a year and service my new furnace before spring, and again for winter.  One less thing for me to worry about.

Over all this is an A+ company.  They could do nothing better then they do now in my mind.  Their Techs are well trained and professional also.

Over all our experience was GREAT!  Nothing could have gone any better.

I would hire Rightway again in the future and request Lee for the job if he was available.

There was someone else who was better than Rightway Home Maintenance. Their responsiveness was very good since they came out on the same day I called them. The guy who came out was on time too. If need be, then I would call him back for another estimate.

Ok, there was some miscommunication in the beginning but they were more than happy to correct it. A problem with the post needed to be fixed due to circumstances beyond their control (i.e. weather) and they came back out and corrected the problem with no fuss.

Overall they charged me less then the estimate. They did a great job with the work. They were professional and it took them awhile to get out here after I called them.

A bedroom window had leaked leaving the drywall wet and bubbled. We called Rightway Home Maintenance, and they sent a man who fixed the window leak, and repaired the drywall. Work was performed so well, you could never tell there had been a problem. Excellent work!
