Came out within an hour. Fixed the problem within an hour. Even though the repairman reduced the rate for the repair, it was still a small fortune for one hour's worth of work with no parts. (Over $200!)

We have had a "leak" that we have not been able to identify for over 6 mos. We have had various plumbers out to look at it and no one was able to identify it until Rescue Rooter came onsite. It was a repair that they were unable to make themselves because it had to do with the tiling. Very quick, detailed and thourough. They came the same day we submitted the request.

Friendly and helpful service, but it cost me $200 for them to unhook the drain and run their little drill thing down the pipe a couple times. First time using a plumber, but i thought it was expensive.

Service Magic was able to connect me to Rescue Rooter during mid afternoon on a Saturday and they were able to send their rep right over. Mike was my service tech and did a great job with a very difficult blocked sewer drain. He was able to clear the tree roots and returned on Monday with a camera to locate the problem 90 feet out from my house. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kept my basement from flooding.

I was very impressed with the quick response I got from this company! He came over and diagnosed our leak and figured out that it wasn't a broken pipe that we thought it was but a broken faucet. He was a very friendly and courteous gentleman and I would certainly call him back if I had any other plumbing problems!

I didn't actually need to get the work done. When I described my problem to the person from Rescue Rooter who called, he knew what model of water heater I had just based on the description of the problem. He told me all I need to do is clean the flame sensor annually, and I didn't need to replace anything. I wish the company I had look at it 2 years ago (not thru ServiceMagic) would have been as honest and not charged me $150 for a part. I will call Rescue Rooter when I need anything in the future, as well as ServiceMagic.
