RE/MAX Town Center had it in contact quickly and sold it for top dollar!

I spoke with Jim Weygandt. I found him to be very abrupt and rude. I advised him that my family and I were looking for a home in the Dublin, Worthington or Upper Arlington area and as soon as I told him that our budget was $1400/month, he didnt want to talk to me anymore. He told me to check his website and litterally hung up the phone without saying goodbye or another word. I have never been so insulted in my life. I would never use him or his company even if they were the last rental comapny in the state.

Kathy Fornes provided excellent service and is an outstanding Realtor. She is very responsive and addresses any concerns in an extremely timely manner. We first used her to help locate and purchase our present home. She was most helpful and provided us with our own web site so that we could locate the homes we wanted to see. She was great with the negotiations and continued to do an outstanding job communicating with us in a timely manner. We also used Kathy to sell our former home. She spent about 3 hours going through our house room by room and recommended how each room should be staged. We followed her advice and the process made a great improvement. She communicated with us and provided us with up to date sales information so that we could determine whether or not to modify our pricing strategy. She was extremely proactive and did a great job for us. We originally found Kathy on Angie's list and are really pleased that we selected her to be our Realtor. We would recommend her to anyone planning to sell or purchase a home.

Kathy is not your typical real estate agent. She is not cheesy, syrupy, pretentious or salesman-y at all. Friendly, approachable, easygoing, dedicated and highly knowledgeable, Kathy was a pleasure to work with and was always on top of things. Quick response times, endless patience, sincerity at all times. We felt very well represented going into closing. There was no question she always had our best interests at heart. We wished she could have been our listing agent when we were attempting to sell our house in our old town (our agent there was lackluster in comparison). In fact, when our listing agent didn't get back to us right away with answers to our questions, we called Kathy, and she was a fantastic resource. You can not go wrong with Kathy Fornes.

He was excellent. We used Robert to purchase our first personal residence. We are also real estate investors with other properties. Robert was extremely helpful and professional. He took time to answer our questions and show us homes we were interested in. He is experienced, has good negotiation skills and high ethical standards. He was very patient, since we were unsure what we wanted initially. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal residence or an investment property in the greater Columbus area.
