 + -1 moreReasonable Contractors did excellent work. They explained what work needed to be done, including possible work that might have to be done if the old wall pieces could not be removed easily. (The extra work did not have to be done.) Resonable Contractors worked quickly and carefully. They were professional. They put tarp down to keep all areas in their path clean. They cleaned up very well. They had very resonable rates.
Description of Work: Reasonable Contractors removed old wall pieces that had been put up as a tub surround and put up a new tub surround above a bathtub. They had to remove and reinstall the faucet and shower to perform the work. They had to cut the new tub surround to fit around the window.

 + 2 moreEverything went well and was finished on time and on budget.
Description of Work: Reasonable Contractors installed ceramic tile in my kitchen and 2 baths. They leveled the floors and lined the tile up perfectly to match the room. The grout work and finishing were done great. They also installed new formica countertops. The counters look great and they were finished very nicely. They also installed new vanities and toilets. When changing vanities there were problems with the plumbing that the owner Marc Hendricks was able to change to fit the vanity. If anything was not lined up right or didn't fit with the new materials, he adjusted everything at a very low cost. They also painted the trim and doors throughout the whole house. They took the doors off and and made sure no paint got on the hinges and door handles. Everything was put back together and the doors were trimmed to fit with the new paint. They installed new carpet in a few rooms and the stairs which required wrapping because they were wood planks. They also did some electrical and plumbing work.

 + -1 moreThis was a difficult fix and the owner was able to construct a way to fix the problem. The work was done on time and on budget.
Description of Work: Reasonable Contractors reinforced my basement walls with iron studs and connected the sagging floor joists to the studs. This work stopped the wall from caving in and the floors from sagging further.
