RALPH WAS VERY POLITE AND AN OVERALL NICE PERSON. HIS BROTHER WAS REFERRED TO US BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND HIS BROTHER GAVE US MR. RAPHAEL. IF YOU WANT A JOB JUST DONE, THEN THIS IS THE COMPANY. IF YOU ARE A STICKLER FOR DETAIL AND WANT AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB, YOU WILL BE FRUSTRATED. DAMAGED THE KITCHEN SINK BY NOT COVERING THE FLOOR DURING CEILING TEAR OUT. HE DID REPLACE THE SINK AT HIS COST, THOUGH. IN GENERAL, AVERAGE WORK THAT WILL LEAVE THE DETAIL-ORIENTED UNSATISFIED.

I NEEDED TO HAVE A REPAIR DONE QUICKLY AND RALPH GAVE ME TWO OPTIONS AS FAR AS COST AND THEN DID THE WORK IN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED. BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION, I DID NOT GET TO SEE THE FINISHED WORK SO I DIDN'T RATE THE QUALITY.
