Quality Computer Service

The experience was great.  Bill is knowledgable and professional.  We paid a $45 diagnostic fee when we dropped off the computer.  He told us the fee would apply to any work that needed to be done.
He fixed the problem and in this caae the fee overed his work expense.

The owner had the computer up and running within several hours of dropping it off. Nice guy, knew what he was doing, and the price seemed very reasonable.

I had a paper jam in my inkjet printer and removed what I thought was all of the paper. Despite that effort, it would not work. I Googled "hp printer repair Columbus Ohio" and found "Quality Computer Service". When I called, I got "Ralph the recorder" ho told me someone would call. I left my number and received a call from Bill Chestnut, the owner, within 5 minutes! I explained the problem, got his address and took the unit to his business site, which is ~1/4 mile north of the Sawmill/I-270 interchange. I dropped it off around noon and within 5 hours the job was done. Bill had found a small wad of paper jammed behind the printer head in a spot I had not been able to visualize at home. Bill is a swell guy; very affable. And...another asset, he called me the following day to verify the unit worked well. Where do you find such service these days?!!

My HP Laserjet printer broke. While it would print single sided, it would not print in duplex. I had tried everything I could find in the instruction manual to fix it. When I took it to Quality, they knew immediately what to do. Because it took such little time to fix a jam I could not find, they performed the service for free. They owner, William Chesnut, seemed very knowledgable about the printer and honest. It isn't easy to find places in town to fix Laserjet Printers. Even Micro Center will not repair them. I would highly recommend Quality Computer Service for LaserJet repairs.
