the workers were very professional.  we did not like one of the paint choices and they were very receptive to changing the color.  also we had a deadline for a party and so the owner was able to bring in someone on a saturday morning to finish the job (had to pay a premium for the saturday work).

The paint job overall on all the rooms was fantastic. Painters arrived on time and got right to work. We had 3 rooms done - kitchen, living room and 2 story foyer. In arriving, they recommended to begin with kitchen and living room considering those are the rooms we are in the most. They knocked out those two rooms in one day - very precise and efficient. Second day was dedicated to the foyer, which was done in several hours as well. There were 3 painters on the job for both days, who executed outstanding work. They were considerate, friendly and hardworkers. They made sure to clean up after themselves and made it a point to check to see where a suitable area would be to clean their supplies. The follow-up overall from owner was awesome - shows  care about his customers. Overall, great work!

Once contacted, Nathan responded quickly and was able to come out the following day to give me an estimate.  He was prompt and professional when he arrived and the estimate quoted was the same as the 2 other companies I met with.  Originally, they stated they wouldn't have availability for a few weeks but they were later able to squeeze me in about 1 week out, which was quicker than the other companies.  The crew who that came to paint showed up exactly on time.  They were professional and courteous.  They completed the job in one day, as promised, and were even able to add a small additional job, as well.  They covered all areas (floors and furniture).  After the job was complete, they cleaned up everything and put the furniture back.  I will definitely use this company again.

I contacted Micah for an appointment when I saw they had a special regarding window cleaning 15 windows inside and out for $99.00.  Based on my schedule, the appointment was set for about 10 calendar days later.  Micah and another gentleman arrived promptly for our appointment; actually a few minutes early.  They got started right away on the interior and had them completed in less than an hour.  They immediately started on the exterior portion of the job and had them completed in about an hour as well.  When they were completely finished, the windows looked great - they were so clean it was like the glass wasn't even there.
I would definitely use their services again.

I responded to the Deal of the Day to purchase window cleaning for $95.00.
I contacted the company and got an immediate response. The person I initially spoke with focuses more on painting. He had the window washer contact me. All calls occurred within the same day. I had a scheduled appoint,ment for the following week.
The worker showed up on time and washed all windows.
I don't remember the last time the windows were washed, so it was quite a task!
He was polite and gracious.
He did leave behind several washing cloths, but I'll put them to good use.
I will definitely use this company again.

Outstanding work!

The crew showed up at 8:15am the day they started painting (3 day job). They were very professional and got to work right after i walked them through the work.

I found Prim Painting on Angie's List and based  on their positive ratings I decided to give them a call.  From the initial estimate through the finished services they were courteous and professional. We couldn't be happier with the results and the price.I plan on using Prim Painting for future projects.

Super fast getting back to me, arrived on time, great work on my many challenging windows. Work has lasted well too.

Overall, this was a frustrating expirience.  We originally contacted them in early June and explained that we needed the painting done prior to listing the house.  After we agreed on a price, we discovered that the tops of some trim boards also needed attention, so that additional work was factored into the price as well to everyone's agreement.  We were told that they would supply the paint and we gave them the colors.
And then we heard nothing. We called and called, and eventually we heard back.  Painting was scheduled for June 29th and both of us had to travel.  When we got back, we found two cans of empty paint, but the body of the addition hadn't been touched, and that was the only part of the house that should have called for it. 
So I called to find out when they were coming back and Nathan said they were finished.  I invited him to come take a look, but he said he would send another painter.  That painter showed up, and we reviewed the job and even he said the addition body hadn't been touched.  He took the paint cans and left.
Eventually the addition got painted, but the tops of the trim boards still needed caulked and painting, and the house going on the market was like two days away and I called them again and leveled with them - six weeks from bid to now and four painters and what they had painted was very nicely done, but the job still wasn't finished.
Nathan comp'd the job for dropping the ball and sent another painter out to finish it up, which he did the following job.
I think they are good people and they do quality work.  But there was no one supervising the job or performing follow up visits and thats why this probably just fell apart.
I still have no idea how they emptied a gallon of paint, unless they painted a story and a half of stucco that they weren't suppossed to paint.
I think my expirience was an exception, instead of the rule.  And I normally wouldn't accept a comp on a job like this, but given the length of time and the number of things screwed up, comping the cost of the job was the right thing to do and I didn't have to think twice about accepting their offer.
NOTE: I have checked off the "no" box on would we use them again because we have moved out of state.  For cost, because it was comp'd, I put down a 0.01 because Angie's List requires something in that field.

Excellent job.  Job was four two coats of very good Sherwin Williams paint.  Three coats were needed to cover properly.  I expected to be hit with an additional bill but they did it without additional charge.  Each day they cleaned up everything before leaving. No wall dings or paint mess anywhere.   I had never hired painters before and I was scared of the outcome but with this company, I was greatly impressed and very happy.

They were very prompt and took care inside the house. They were careful not to track dirt inside my house. After they finished they walked us through the house, showing us any problems they had. If there was a seam on a double pane window broken they showed us so that we would know it was nothing to do with their cleaning. They were very good, prompt and gave good service. I got this service using an Angie's List big deal. They were a little late arriving because they were finishing up another big job so they called us about 10 minutes before they were due letting us know they would be late; I appreciated that.

Prim Painting arrived the same day that I called for an estimate and e-mailed a proposal that evening that was competitive to those I had already received.  Since the work consisted of painting a family room, power washing and replacing exterior trim, the work was performed on three separate days.  On each day Prim Painting's team members arrived on time and performed exceptional work.  I would highly recommend Prim Painting and will definitely use them for my next painting or cleaning project.  Nathan and his team are true professionals who provide outstanding customer service and quality work.

It was very good.  Prim Painting was very responsive, and the painters were nice and personable.  Furthermore, they completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.

Quick and easy job! No problems with the repainting. The painter even went and got paint swatches and brought them back to me to make sure it was the exact color that I wanted.
