The morning of August 31, 2012, we called Performance First because our Heating A/C system would not turn on. The lady who answered the telephone was very professional and helpful. She took down our information and called us right back to say a technician would be at our home between 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. that same day. She called us again at 1:30 p.m. to say the technician was on his way. The technician arrived before 2:00 p.m., evaluated our heating and cooling system and determined we needed a new furnace motor (furnace of 24 years). He left our home to obtain the motor, he returned within an hour, installed the motor
and had our system up and running shortly thereafter. Again, we could not have been happier with their performance, price and service.
