THEY DID NOT USE PROFESSIONAL CREWS. THROUGH THEIR ACTIONS MY CEILINGS WERE DAMAGED AND SHODDILY REPAIRED, MY FURNITURE WAS RUINED. THEY DID NOT FASTEN THE CUPOLA WHICH WAS THEN DESTROYED IN THE WIND, AND WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THIS, THEY DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS UNTIL I MENTIONED ANGIE'S LIST. THEN THEY THREATENED THAT THEY WOULD GET TO ME IN THEIR OWN GOOD TIME, BUT IF I COMPLAINED THEY WOULD NOT DEAL WITH ME OVER MY COMPLAINTS. IT HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS. THEY HAVE NOT REPONDED TO MY CALLS, AND I AM LETTING EVERYONE ON ANGIE'S LIST KNOW TO BE AWARE OF THIS. THE OWNER IS A NICE GUY, BUT HE USES UNPROFESSIONAL SUBCONTRACTORS AND DOES NOT HANDLE COMPLAINTS.

BY ALL APPEARANCES, THEY'RE A SALES ORGANIZATION, HAVING NOTHING TO DO WITH SERVICE. THEY SUBCONTRACT EVERYTHING. THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES ONLY SELL PRODUCT, AND THEN 'TRY' UNSUCCESSFULLY TO GET THE SUBCONTRACTORS TO FOLLOW UP ON SERVICE ISSUES. THEY'LL SELL YOU SERVICE; DON'T BELIEVE A WORD OF IT.

THIS GUY DEFINITELY WASN'T INTERESTED IN PROVIDING ME SERVICE. TO BOOT, HE WAS LATE BY 45 MINUTES STATING THAT HE HAD ANOTHER APPOINTMENT HE HAD TO GO COLLECT MONEY FOR.

MEMBER CALLED FOR ESTIMATE AND WAS VERY DIRECT ABOUT JUST WANTING PRICES. WORKER WAS LATE BUT CALLED TO SAY THAT HE WOULD BE LATE. EXHIBITED EXTREMELY ABRASIVE BEHAVIOR.
