Animal Rescues/Shelters
They rescue dogs from shelters and then they house them in foster care until they find homes for them. They were pretty good about letting us test out some dogs before we decided on one. It is a rescue organization so I think the people are volunteers and there is no paid staff that I know of but all the people we dealt with were very nice.
