I TRIED TO CONTACT THE PROVIDER USING THE NUMBER GIVEN AND NO RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AND THEN WHEN I TRIED LATER THE # WAS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.  I THEN TRIED TO CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL AND AGAIN NO RESPONSE. SO I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I PAID FOR THE SERVICE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE.

We decided that instead of trying to clear out the excess, it would be better to just reset it.  Since I had tried this in the past and it wouldn't work, I told him I would need some instruction.
We got it to reset to factory but it was having a problem configuring updates. Because of the time involved, I would call him back when laptop would reach a certain step and not go further.
He was very patient, polite, professional and personable during the entire time. It took 3 or 4 phone calls and a couple hours total but my laptop is running like new again.
I will definitely use only them whenever possible in the future. I was very please with their work.

Great. My computer is fine.
Anthony was very responsive on both occasions.  We made an appointment for him to work on the computer via distance.  He called at the appointed time.  I signed up for a yearly plan and glad I did so because I have called him already twice.

The connection went smoothly and the technician started right in checking my computer from his remote location. He found and removed an imbedded virus, for which I am grateful. Unfortunately, he could not help with other problems--CHKDSK errors, security downloads blocked by something, and a few other problems. We didn't discuss these problems until the end of the hour. I wish we had done so.  He told me there would be an additional charge to deal with these issues. I didn't know that when he started.  So, I'm happy he was able to remove the virus, but disappointed that he was unable to address my other computer issues.  Perhaps before commencing, he should review with customers what he can (or will) and cannot (or will not) do.

Tune-up moderately increased speed of computer.  After a week or two it seemed to get a lot slower.  I realized the package I paid for was for a relatively short time period of services, but it would have been nice for the technician to let me know what they weren't able to do and give a recommendation on additional services.  Or at least warn me that I'd continue to experience some slowness.  I eventually used another vendor (for whom I wrote a good review).  They were much, much better and greatly improved the performance of my laptop.

the initial call for me to turn on computer and let the technician remotely access my computer. I was able to let him work on the problems and 2 hrs later he said he was finished.I asked him for his advice to help the computer run better from now on and his suggestion was to to change fire wall provider. I will call him back when it is time to change.
