I GOT THEM HOME AND OPENED THE BOXES AND THEY HAD SCRATCHES ON THEM. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SENT THEM BACK TO THE MANUFACTURE AND SENT ME NEWS ONES WITH NO HASSLE. IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT THEY WERE SCRATCHED AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR PROMPTNESS.

THEY HAVE LABORATORY/EDUCATIONAL ROOM TO SHOW THE EFFECTS PRODUCED BY VARIOUS LIGHT BULBS. REALLY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.

I ORDERED SOME PARTS; THEY EVEN SAID IF THEY DO NOT WORK I COULD RETURN THEM. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYONE ALLOW ME TO DO A RETURN ON AN ORDERED PRODUCT.
