HIS HIRED HAND PERFORMED TWO HOURS OF WORK DIGGING A TRENCH IN MY BACKYARD BEFORE ANY CONTRACT WAS SIGNED OR MONEY WAS EXCHANGED. HE LEFT THE PILES OF DIRT ON MY LAWN. THIS MADE ME ANGRY. I BELIEVE THAT HE PURPOSELY DID THIS IN THE HOPE THAT I WOULD CONCEDED TO THE JOB. I ASKED THAT THE WORK BE CONCLUDED AND THE TRENCH FILLED BACK UP. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED ON MONDAY AND HE HAD SAID HE WOULD BE BACK TUESDAY TO FILL. HE HAS NOT ARRIVED. BY THURSDAY I HAD TAKEN CARE OF IT MYSELF. THE LAWN WAS DAMAGED AND I HAD TO RE-SEED IT.

HE CAME RIGHT OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE AND CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE IS AN HONEST PERSON AND HAS A LOT OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION WORK. HIS SUGGESTIONS SEEMED VERY REASONABLE FOR THE CONDITIONS. HE WAS HAVING TO WORK AROUND DAILY WEATHER CONDITIONS BUT HE WAS VERY WILLING TO ACCOMMODATE. THERE WAS ONE MINOR DRAIN PIPE EXTENSION HE NEVER HAS GOTTEN TO, BUT I HAVEN'T CONTACTED HIM ABOUT IT YET.
