some weeds were just covered up with mulch.
Many weeds came back just a few weeks later.
It was cheap but also quick/sloppy job.

In addition the members of his crews have always been friendly and knowledgeable when servicing our home. After the birth of our first child this fall, one crew member even made sure that our newborn wasn?t asleep prior to mowing the week my wife arrived home from the hospital. This because of an offhand comment in a conversation about when my wife was due. I really thought was above and beyond. We hope to put in a paver patio in the upcoming year and I definitely plan to use Justin and his team for this project as well.
"The customer was made aware through the entire quote process that, at that time, once a quote was approved we were running 2 weeks out on service. A walk through of the job was performed with the customer at 3:30 on Wednesday Sept 10th with the job being officially approved at the completion of this walk through. At this time the customer asked if the job would be completed that week and was informed that short of a cancellation that would not be possible. At this point we reiterated, again, our 2 week timeline. Due to the immediacy of of the job (code violations on the property and impending action by the city) I said we would do our best to move this job ahead if possible. We began and completed the job satisfactorily on the afternoon of Friday Sept 19th, well within our 2 week time frame the customer was made aware. Although the customer may have wanted a faster time frame, we were upfront with our scheduling and our limited ability to push him ahead of other customers who had scheduled sooner. We are unsure how he has arrived at the job being completed one week late considering we were well within the timeline the customer was given."

"As you can see in his review we did a great job when we were servicing that area. Due to how busy we have gotten over the last 12 months in order to service Reynoldsburg we would have to raise our prices to a point that would not be fair to those clients nor would they agree to pay them. It takes us over an hour to get to Reynoldsburg with our trucks and traffic and an hour to get back so that drive time has to be charged to the client and that to me is unfair. Like I had told him at the time we spoke via email I hate to not be able to service people we have in the past but from a business stand point it does not make sense for either party."
"We have had several small issues with our website this year. Our webmaster was made aware of these issues as they arose and he has assured us everything has been resolved to his satisfaction. When we become aware of such issues we move to correctly them as quickly as possible."
