I don't have any spiders or bugs anymore. We have used them for fifteen years. They are consistent. They call the day before they come out to spray.

They got rid of the termites completely. Overall, we were satisfied with everything and will use them again in the future.

I haven't used anybody else and I don't really have a comparison. They came and sprayed and I don't have any termites which is pretty good. I would recommend others to use Orkin. They do all kinds of bugs and things, but I don't know about other things. I have no idea about their pricing since I haven't used anybody else. I don't know if they are good, bad or outgoing. Their quality of service is good as I don't have any problems.

I haven't had any problems since they did their service, and they come out regularly every year when they call for times. They are very courteous and very professional. I don't have any comparison for their price, but I think it is high for their annual renewals. I would use them again in the future.

I was happy with them. I think their prices were reasonable.

We have no bugs, we call them, they come right out, they knock down bee hives they see around the house, and I don't know if they normally do that, but, they did.

The people are polite and do not get in your way when they come out. They are consistent when they come out.

I think they do fine. They do a very good quality of work and are very responsible and on time when they come to spray. They are also very professional. I will continue to use their services in the future.

They offered at that time quite a good guarantee in terms of coming back and re-inspecting the property. But we dropped them recently because their cost was just escalating. Price wise they had become highly prohibitive. The area that we live in are highly prone to termite and we had our house preventively treated. So we just went under contract with them and to come back annually to inspect. We had no problems with that but I just decided that it was not just worth the cost. This would be if there were damages and if it could be quite an expensive proposition to fix. But we decided to take that chance and just keep an eye on our property. Not that I am dissatisfied with the company but because of the cost.

I have not had any problems with them.

They are reliable. They do an excellent job. Their price seems fair to me. They are pretty good in their responsiveness. They are late in coming sometimes. I would use them in the future.

I don't dislike anything about them, we are on a program, and they come out every other month and spray. They got rid of my ants, that we had 2 years ago, and keep the bugs out of my house.

They have a pretty fast response time and are very quick, yet thorough service. I use them on a regular basis. They take care of every issue that occurs around and in my house.

They get all A's.

I have been using them for several years. They are very friendly and do a good job. They call you the day before and again while they are on the way to your home.

They come out every month. I spend about $60 a month. They are great. I have the same service person every time and he is very good. I do not have any issues with him. He is always polite and tries to find out if I need anything out of the ordinary. I will use this company again in the future.

Darryl Flint is the person that came out. They came out when we initially had a concern and they set up a plan with us. We've had no problem with them. They are very helpful. They do a good job.

For the outside, I don't really see, because they just check the termite things around my house. Therefore, I don't actually see them very often. They come regularly. They do leave me a report. For the inside work, I had a couple of man, the last one that I have now, he calls me ahead of time to set up a time to come. He is very friendly and he likes to talk. He tells me about things what is going around and what he is doing. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They are fine. It's hard to judge, but they got rid of the problems we had.

I have been using them for about 7 years on and off. The guy who comes out seems like a nice guy. They are reliable and responsible. The only thing that I would criticize is that he doesn't have coverage for his shoes. That's the only feedback I would give them so that they are not tracking their shoes in my house.

They work with me on payments. They are very honest and upfront. They are people person and they respect your home. Their price is kind of high.

I like the fact that they are very faithful. Every month, they are there. They notify me by phone that they are going to spray that day. If we have any problems, they come in to deal with our individual problems. Their punctuality is great. The quality of their work is great, also.

.We had carpenter ants 10 years ago and they took care of those and we no longer have them. I am very pleased with their service. The technician who comes out has remained the same for the past three years. I am very pleased with how he takes care of everything. I have a set day when they come. It is the second Tuesday after 1 PM and he has always been very prompt. He sprays outside the house and then he sprays all around the windows and in the basement. I had a problem with mice at one time and he came down and took care of the mice. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are okay, but they were not able to find where the yellow jackets were coming form. I ended up finding them. I have been using them since September. The technicians that came were polite and professional. They were dressed in their uniforms. I always got a card saying when my next appointment would be. The office people are always helpful in case I wanted to reschedule or anything. They did help me with the other pests though.
