They came out the day after I called, the exterminator was dealt with the problem and then checked the rest of the house thoroughly, and he was careful to explain each step to me.  Very prompt, courteous service.  And it was all covered by my current contract, so there was no charge.

They are very good. The technicians are friendly and very informative. Their treatment was very effective.

They were efficient and courteous. They didn't find any rodents in traps. There was no mess or disruption to our lifestyle. I would absolutely use them again.

My son has been getting bug bites, we think spider bites, all over him. He told us othe other morning that there were spiders in his bed and he hasn't gone back in since. I called Ohio Exterminating and they were available the next day, but because of my schedule, I couldn't schedule them until 2 days later.  The woman who answered the phone was very polite and professional.

I was given a 3 hour time frame and Gregg showed up about 15 minutes into the window. He inspected my son's room and declared it bug free. There was no high preasure tactics and no attempt to sell me any service I didn't need. If I ever need an exterminator, I will call Ohio Exterminating. When I find a company with this kind of ethics, I choose them every time.

It was a positive experience. Their fee is high.

I have been using them for 8 years.  I have an ongoing contract with them for termites and they are pretty regular with that and their prices are competitive.  They all are a little bit high, and they are competitive.  I don’t know about their professionalism because I don’t use them on that level and I don’t see them.

He does a very good job. We have always used them. They are always extremely prompt. They came out immediately for the ant problem and he came back for two follow up visits to make sure that everything was okay. They have always taken care of problems for us and they have always followed up wonderfully. We will definitely continue to use them.

I called Ohio Exterminating for a second opinion after my regular pest control guy told me I had termites.  Ohio Exterminating told me I DID NOT have termites, and there was absolutely no evidence of termites.  This was a perfect opportunity for someone to take advantage of me because I absolutely believed I had termites and was going to pay the price to get rid of them.  I am so happy I read the reviews of other people about Ohio Exterminating and called them.  They saved me THOUSANDS of dollars by being so honest.  I appreciate their integrity.  My neighbors and daughter have switched to them as well. 

He told me if I was really worried about termites, they had a prevention program, but it really wasn't necessary.  He left me the information and told me if I decided in the future to get the service, great, but there was no rush.  I appreciated his no-pressure approach.

Additionally, Ohio Exterminating explained that the treatment recommended by my former provider was a chemical that is very harmful to waterways.  Since I am on a lake, I would have probably ended up on the news with an environmental impact problem.  What a nightmare avoided.

They gave me a free estimate and they were wonderful. I referred them to two of my neighbors and my daughter and everyone is happy. They saved me thousands of dollars and they were honest when they told me that I don’t have termites. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They show up when they’re supposed to.  The man who comes out is a nice guy and he’s thorough.  I don’t have an infestation of bugs in the house so I’m happy.

The technician came out same day, right on time.  He checked over the house inside and out to learn about our infestation.  He gave us a solid recommendation to hold off on any service at this time.  He didn't see any sign of a serious problem, citing the warm spring weather as having the insects confused.  He believes things should return to normal soon.  If we continue to see ants and wasps in the house in the next few weeks he would then recommend treatment, but not now.  I appreciate the honesty and no pressure recommendation.

They did a really good job and took care of the issue in the first cycle of attempts.  Due to the nature of the problem they had to come and follow-up, but after the first treatment, I saw no signs of the fleas.

The only problem was that it took slightly longer than I would have liked for them to come out.

I will continue to use them in the future.

They were great and did a wonderful job.

We have used them for a few years without any problems.  They come quarterly.  We have a crawl space and they go down to the crawl space. We had a problem with mice and they took care of it.  They put traps outside around the house and they also put traps in the garage and kitchen cabinets.  They check them all and refill them if needed. I don’t have anything to compare their price with and I think it is good.  Their punctuality and professionalism is very good. 

They usually come out, once in every other year. The calk base of the house tends to get damped down there which causes these centipedes around here. They are pretty creepy when they crawl in my bathtub. There are found sometimes on the ceilings also. They are very gross. The boys have a Lego room upstairs, which was a disaster because there were a lot of Lego’s in there. We had to get that mess cleaned up before they could do some spraying in that room. They seem to meet our needs pretty well. They seem to get the job done because whatever they are using, it is keeping those things away. They recommend some of that every year but if I am not seeing those centipedes, I am not calling them. They were here, when they said they would be here. Their punctuality was good. We would rate them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

I now have a contact with them. Their customer service rep is great and they are very responsive. Andrew Christman is who I have dealt with, who is fantastic.

The service seemed fine. They did not call before coming but it was a good job. The people seemed nice as well.

I have been with them for 8-10 years.  They are punctual and come when they say they are going to come.  They listen to what you really need done.  They have even sent the owner of the company out to look at a problem we had.  They have dealt with mice and do standard spraying as well.  They are very qualified. 

Our house had termite damage. This company had exterminated before so they used the service. Used them for over 10 years. Found larvae and treated. I have a yearly contract with this company and they will treat anytime as many times and I pay one yearly charge.

I had noticed some mouse evidence and some ant activity.  I called Ohio Exterminating and made an appointment. The technician came and looked at the areas where I had noticed mouse activity. He said they could place 10 mouse bait boxes. I asked several questions about the product and if it was safe to use around my cats. He assured me it was. I also asked about spraying for ants and being put on a quarterly schedule. He said this was not the right time to spray and that he didn't think we needed to be on a quarterly schedule because the ants weren't that bad. He suggested a product for us to use. He then worked with my schedule to come back and place the traps. I was not present when the bait was set but my daughter was present. She said the technician completed the job quickly.  My only complaint would be that they did not push the stove back to the wall. I called to see if the stove needed to be out to accommodate the bait but was told that the technician had some problem pushing it back and didn't want to damage the floor. I can understand his concern for the floor. However, I feel that the technician was a better choice for pushing the stove then me. 

They charged me $275 for their services.  They did a very good job.  I didn’t really compare too much with regard to price.  I will use their services again in the future.

They always send the same person to spray my house. They will call me a couple days before to let me know they are coming. If I am not going to be available that day, they are very cooperative and will schedule a time that is convenient for me. I used another exterminator in the past that I told not to come after 4 o'clock because I was working at the time and they would still come and do the spraying. I have never had that problem with this company and they will come when I ask.

Overall, I was pleased with the services provided.
