"On 11-17-15 we did a FREE INSPECTION only of the exterior of Mr [member name removed]'s property. At 1PM we knocked on the door and rang the door bell, twice. We did not get an answer. We proceeded to inspect the exterior of the property and found 3 large groundhog burrows. We left an ESTIMATE on the front door asking Mr. [member name removed] to contact us if he would like to schedule service. Since the time of our inspection we have not been contacted by Mr [member name removed] to schedule service. We NEVER left an INVOICE for Mr [member name removed]. Our INSPECTION and ESTIMATE was FREE!! Mr [member name removed] does not owe us anything for our time determining what his problem was and providing him with an estimate to eradicate it. Thank you, Andrew Christman - Owner"
"Mrs [Member name] called us on Wed. 6/24 after her roofers found carpenter ant nests while replacing the roof. We made an emergency service for her and arrived with in one-hour of receiving her call. Our technician helped Mrs [Member name] move her clothes and belongings that blocked the attic access. We did not use any granules so I am not sure what she was seeing. We were not the only ones in the attic as her entire roof was being replaced. If we made any accidental messes I would have sent someone to clean it up right away. I tried to help Mrs [Member name] by arriving right away for her emergency service and rearranged my techs route in order to do so. I am very sorry she is upset. I am more then happy to send someone out to clean or repair what is needed if we are the ones who did it. Please advise. Thank you, Andrew Christman - owner (cell) 614-374-9609"
"During our initial ant control service in June our tech was physically unable to access the crawl space which he felt terrible about. He called the office and we scheduled for another tech to come back out a few days later to complete the crawl space service. Our ant treatment included a 60-day service agreement. The customer did not call us back needing a retreat so I feel we accomplished our goal of controlling his ants. If there are any other issues I am not aware of please call me so we can discuss. Thank you, Andrew Christman - Owner (614) 294-6311"
"(member name removed) has not once contacted me, Andrew Christman, owner of Ohio Exterminating. I would have returned her call if she had left a message for me. I authorized the cancelling of her service agreement internally even though she breeched her contract. (member name removed) was a very difficult customer to schedule services with and often stated she did not have the money to pay for the services. We let her out of her service agreement without penalty. Please read the response below from her account representative. Andrew, (member name removed) signed a one year contract for quarterly service, meaning 4 treatments, with Ohio Exterminating in January of 2014. We treated on January 13th for the initial treatment. This went without any issues. In April she rescheduled several times, but we did eventually service on April 18th and she paid for the service at that time. In July she first rescheduled then canceled service, saying she would call us when she wanted service again, citing financial difficulties. We explained to her that she was contractually obligated for two more treatments. She was rude to several office staff members and started threatening to go to the Better Business Bureau. We offered to cancel her contract without penalty, explaining that we understood she was unable to fulfill the contract terms due to financial difficulties. I am not sure what else we could have done. Her anger seems misdirected, we did as promised, she did not live up to her end of the contract and was very difficult to schedule when we were able to schedule the 2 services that were performed in January and April. I think it would be best if she chose to do business with another pest control service provider at this time. Jim Witt - Account Manager"
