Ohio Concrete

Wow, what a terrible experience. My husband and I hired Ohio concrete to do some structural work and level out our concrete so new flooring could be installed. While everyone we talked to was nice, we still had many problems. When the work was “done” (they did some additional grinding as well) we not only noticed that the floor was not level but there were scratches in our brand new appliances and cabinets (they did end up lowering the final cost by $200 but we had to go back and forth). We are by no means concrete experts, so we asked the employee at least three times if this was actually level so flooring could be installed. He stated that while there was a gap the floor people would be able to fill it. FALSE. The floor people showed up to install the floor and were APPALLED that there was a giant gap this was like nothing they had ever seen. They were unable to lay the floor. Now we have to hire a different company to come and fix what we hired Ohio Concrete to do. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend.
