I used them just a few months ago probably in May or June.  I would say that they were prompt and on time.  There was an issue but it was dealt with to my satisfaction.  The issue was that a taller tree was brought to my home because I ordered apparently four to five foot and five to six foot canes.  They planted them all and I liked the way they looked.  They came back and said that they had planted someone else's Albizia in my yard.  I told them not to take them out because they planted them to my satisfaction and now they wanted to take them out.  They said that the other customer liked these particular ones and selected them out.  I asked them to call the customer and explain the situation.  They did call and the customer in fact didn't want those trees but what they did was they gave me the five to six foots.  I was able to go out and cancel the others which they installed later that day.  The solution to the problem was that I was able to get a taller tree at the same price.  Overall it was resolved well.  They provide very good service and I was happy with the service they provided.    

They have different experts for different plants and specialties. They definitely know what they are talking about. I have a black thumb, but the plants were beautiful when I bought them.

They were courteous and respected my property. They cleaned up after themselves, and the yard looked like they had not worked in there. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Horrible. I chewed up a lot of my time requesting a quote that I never received.

We scheduled delivery for approximately two weeks after initial purchase.  They were delivered and planted by Oakland nursery.  They arrived on time, spent about three hours and did a nice job.  Very happy with the result, the price and friendliness of the crew.

We had a terrific experience with them.  They always do a great job.  Their service lady was helping us for a long time and making recommendations.  She was not trying to sell the most expensive plants.  She made some recommendations and that was taken.  The workers are always are good.  They have a lot of professional horticulture and high university school of agriculture graduates.  Their prices are competitive with other providers, and we get a lot better advice and probably better plants.  I recommend them to others.

They had reasonable pricing. You talk to them about what you want and 30 minutes later they are able to draw up a design up for you. You can then do the work yourself or they can do it for you.

The guy I dealt with listened to what I wanted. I asked a ton of questions and he answered them all patiently. He was very thorough. He drew the plan on site. He came out once and saw the property, and heard what I wanted. Then he came out a second time and he drew the plan on site. He went over them very thoroughly with me. I thought the price was good and fair. It would have been difficult for me to plan in the end. They’ll do pieces of landscaping for me but I will be doing a lot of it myself. I would use their services again in the future.

It went very well. They have a lot of product. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are comparable.

Pete came out and gave ideas and estimate. Was a busy time (Spring) but got it done in a few weeks. Looks good and will use again.

We did have someone come out and design the landscaping. Their service was great. Everything was great and we were completely happy with the plans they drew out. They offered their services beyond what we excepted like if we had any questions, they'll send an email replying to us. We've contacted them through that just to talk to them.

We spent about $700 on that service. They do excellent work. We have used them for several years and they are very thorough, prompt and everything looks great when they are done.

We live right by them and they are great. The work is perfect. Their prices are good and the people that come out are good. They are a really good nursery and they deliver the products we have bought.

We bid and won design services at a Dublin Arts Council silent auction. All the staff at Oakland treated us like royalty. They came out, surveyed, drew up a plan (by hand, no less) that was exactly what we were asking for. They even gave us a few tips on care for our mature trees. We purchased all the plant material from Oakland (always have, they are the BEST!), and provided the labor ourselves. Thank you Oakland for what you continue to do! If I could build a home on your tree lot on Oakland Park - I would in a heart beat.

Oakland Park Landscape Architect Mike Warner came to our home to draw-up a landscape plan for our back yard. In about 30 minutes, he created a great plan, which was presented to us the same day. In a few days, he got back to us with an estimate of cost and an expected start date. We felt the estimate was reasonable, so agreed to proceed with the plan. We had to wait several weeks to begin the job, but once started, the project was finished within a week's time. Although Mr. Warner managed the project off-site, at least one crew leader (Rick) or on-site crew manager (Santos) were on the job making sure that work was done to plan and done efficiently. It was clear that each crew member had been well trained to deliver perfection. Each day, the site was left in good order for the next day's return. When the job was completed, we received several accollades from neighbors. Clearly, the work was exemplary. We felt that the work done by Oakland Park designers, landscapers, and stone crew exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend their landscape services to our friends based on price, efficiency, quality and scope of work. The experience was a positive one from beginning to end.

Overall a great experience. Knowledgable personnel in the nursery to help select species of trees and then specific specimens. Scheduled date and time to install and they met it. They did not tear up the yard at all getting the trees and very large root balls out to the locations I had flagged in the yard. Only minor complaint and the reason for the B in quality was that they were a little lazy in terms of tearing out grass for the mulch bed around the tree and one in particular has grass growing up through the mulch. That is a minor quibble and overall was very happy and will use them again.

Pretty well until the seeding. They seeded it and screwed it up. Came back and reseeded, wrong seed, not matched like they said it would. Came back out to reseed after giving me the Roundup to kill yard off myself. Reseeded with wrong type of seed for third time. Also, the immigrants they employ did a very poor job, and the supervisor was constantly telling them what to do and how to do it, sometimes having to yell at them and all they would do is laugh at him and speak spanish and laugh even more, like it was a joke. I used them because they are family run business with great reputation, and like most , the latter generations come along a manage to ruin a great business by cutting corners and using sub par labor. They wanted to settle dispute with Angie's and myself after reseeded for third time before grass even came up and I should have known better. NEVER again. Wasted 2 years+ and the money I paid them to seed my yard.
