Bill had done a similar addition to our friend's home, and we liked his work on their house, so we naturally were interested in having North Point bid our project. The entire experience was really great! Since building our addition involved demolishing our previous kitchen, and we were still living in the house, Bill made sure to do as much work as he could building the addition part before he had to demo our old kitchen. I really can't say enough nice things. Bill was easy to work with, he listened to our needs, and returned phone calls promptly. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. The entire project took a little over six months, which is what Bill had stated. There weren't any surprises and at least from my perspective, the project went according to plan. I think Bill had great sub-contractors, and he had really good advice as far as where to go to look for finishes, etc. Bill's personal carpentry is amazing- he built us a set of built-in bookshelves that we just adore. We're literally calling him again this week to do a second-story master suite addition.
