We met with David and Tom and explained our hopes to them for our new (at the time) home - that we could update it and even change/enlarge the footprint a bit without sacrificing the architectural and historical integrity of the existing structure. We began with a bump out of the back of our home - adding a kitchen, office area and small family area. The result was a great traffic pattern, and after 10 years, we are still so happy with the design and result. David and Tom provided great guidance, options and assistance to us, and worked closely with our contractor to ensure the desired result. To top it off, they are such genuinely nice people - we really enjoyed the experience (and we lived in our home throughout the process!!). One project led to another, and we then tackled the front of our home - a new portico. Beautifully designed, David and Tom listened to what we wanted (similar guidelines as before) and delivered a number of options taking into account workability and cost.
