 + -1 moreShe did not present our offer/counter-offer in a timely manner to the owners. She did not provide us with information that we requested. She withheld information. She would rather text message than talk. Our deal fell apart because of her lack of responsiveness. We believe, but cannot prove, that she had her own buyer in a backup offer on the house and was waiting for our deal to fall apart, which it did.
Description of Work: She was the selling agent for a house we wanted to purchase.

 + -1 moreI have used her services several times. She can home stage and has exquisite taste. I have had several occasions to see her work and I was impressed everytime. The homes that she sells or stages sell quickly. She does go above and beyond.
Description of Work: I used services to help me refinance my home. She has given me names of brokers, contractors, and a list of projects to tackle before I sell my home.
