This was a VERY difficult, complicated install, They stuck it and got the job done. The plumbers knew what to do. We are very happy. Justin and Chad were excellent as were the supervisors involved.

The young technician who installed my hot water heater gave up his day off to install my HWH. I really appreciated his dedication. He and his supervisor did a very good job in the installation.

Could all been fives if you would have the courtesy to inform me that you did not put the screws in the front faucet period or even if you forgot that's okay too period but to just leave it???

Very responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous service tech. Even worked through a 4 hour power failure to replace our tankless hot water heater. Had to come back a couple of times to fix some very minor items that caused the water heater to slightly leak condensate (most likely missed due to working in a cramped location by flashlight). Installation was excellent and professional otherwise. The water heater works fine now and I am very pleased with the installation. A bit expensive. Parts and service totaled $4000 and later I found the water heater on line for $1600. Assuming $400 for miscellaneous piping and parts that's $2000 for about 7 hours work including trips for supplies.

Called and they came out within hours with an estimate and completed the job immediately.

The diagnostic fee is a little high but they did come out right away and fixed the leak. They didn't fix the hammering pipes. I had to do that myself by buying a resters and putting it on the back of my washer. The only reason I gave them a lower star for customer service is because one guy smoked and I can't stand being around smoke. And his nose kept peeking out of his covid mask. They're very pleasant otherwise.

one of their service mangers recommended replacing the wrought iron piping, at first we thought we should, but then we realized it wasn't neccessary as recommended by other handy men.

i was disappointed in the pricing seeing that i needed an extra part and was charged an extra 100.oo when the toilet was already dismanteled and the part took less than 15 min to install....
