Mr. Rooter promptly returned my call and was in my home within 2 hours of my call. They repaired the drain, took pictures, and made sure all of my other plumbing needs were completed. All of the repairmen were polite and professional.

Quick response. Arrived on time. Professional work. Took pictures before and after and emailed them to me. They corrected a miscommunication with a free part. They cleaned up well after themselves. I was very impressed with their overall professionalism. It isn't easy to find these days.

Quick response, arrived timely, written estimate, warranty, professional work, they took pictures of the damaged pipe and sent them to me so I could actually see the damaged pipe for myself since I reside out of town. The resident of the property was shown and verified the accuracy of the pictures.

Arrived within the hour of calling. They fully explained the problem and resolution.

Plumbing tech was very good and did a great job. Office staff kept changing the appointment time and was not very helpful or knowledgeable and could use some customer service training. Cost was pretty expensive for a shower faucet installation.

The plumber was awesome. Was there in less than 2 hours and fixed the leak in 30 minutes. Made kind of a mess cutting a hole in the ceiling, but got out my sweeper and cleaned everything like he had never been there (minus the hole). They also have a division of the company called Right Restoration which brought in fans and a dehumidifier to dry everything out. The work was fine, but the customer service was sub-standard. The equipment ran for 3 days. They ignored my request on when to come to check on it. I could not schedule someone to fix the ceiling until they billed because without their charge, I did not meet the insurance deductible. They said they would handle the billing with the insurance company; I gave them a week then I had to call 3 times to make sure they got the bill to them; it took 10 days and they would not call me back. They were supposed to send me a copy of the bill. Still waiting after 3rd request.

Mr. Rooter was a Lifesaver! We had a pipe break early in the morning as we were getting ready for work. I sent out an emergency SOS. The other recommended businesses either didn't call or called 1-2 days later. Mr. Rooter had someone out and repairing the pipe within an hour. Then, they had another crew come out the same day to start the water clean up to prevent mold. Long story short, we sustained significant water damage, but not as much as it could have been if Mr. Rooter hadn't come to the rescue! And, YES, we call them first for future jobs!

They won't give an estimate over the phone. They charged me almost $600.00 (after deducting 15%) to clear my main line. They are in my house, I need my drain cleared-what am I supposed to do? They should at least give a ballpark estimate before coming over.

They came even before scheduled. They were honest and told us everything they were going to do and why.
