Simple job but my hands just can't do it any more. The young man was a good representative for the company.

I am still having the same problem after the plumber said he fixed the leak around the base of the toilet. The plumber was trying to tell me that I needed something else fixed inside the tank of toilet, when it did not need fixed. Their price is too high for such a quick repair that didn't work. The toilet had glue or something sticky on it after he was finished and did not bother to clean it up. Mr. Rooter did not show up as promised...two different times. I am planning on contacting Mr. Rooter to see if they will fix the problem.

Felt cost was high considering my husband had already purchased parts needed and put them on from outside. Problem was connecting outside to inside pipe which is what plumber did. He was there 20 minutes and charged over $252.00. Just felt that was a large amount of money for what was done.

Very disappointed in how they left it (drainage project). No effort to remove even large rocks from overturned dirt. Definitely not seed ready. Clods of dirt from backhoe treads left on driveway. Small retaining wall was disturbed by backhoe and not straightened out. I assume the drainage issue has been resolved, but they left me a mess to deal with.

It is really difficult to understand why a plumber costs more than an attorney? In my home for a TOTAL of 50 min and the bill was $5.68 PER MINUTE. Other than that.....my sink faucet does not leak anymore.
