I contacted Mitchell Group to tear off my existing deck and rebuild a new composite deck. The company was very timely in reaching out to me and having Mitchell come to my house to look at my space, look at materials and colors, and provide a quote. Work was quoted to start in 3-4 weeks, and that was right on time as well. My deck was torn down and completely replaced in two days. The crew was kind, respectful, and efficient in their work. They left my new space very clean and had me look at the work before they all left. Mitchell was out both days to check in on his crew and pitch in where needed. He followed up with me each day and once the project was over to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company for any project. Good honest people are hard to come by anymore, and I would trust this crew with any other project that I need done.

Customer service was excellent. John and Joel were very helpful and knowledgeable. New exterior siding and trim covered. Louis’ crew was professional and knowledgeable. During final walk around found a defective vinyl siding piece and nails showing. They fixed the issue promptly. Clean up complete that day including dumpster and excess material. I recommend their service.

We had a great experience with this company! We had a quote soon after our initial inquiry and the repairs were scheduled very soon after. The team who completed the work was efficient, cleaned up each day and the workmanship was excellent.

I was really impressed with the service of this organization. I needed to have them remove the old carpeting and install laminate flooring. They kept me informed and the work they did was excellent. The owner and I worked exceptionally well together. I am so impressed that I not only endorse there were and act as a reference but I hope to be able to use them in more projects.

Mitchell Group did a very good job of replacing deck boards, the drink rail and leveling the deck. I would recommend them for any type of deck repair job.

Mitchell called right away and was able to come to our house to discuss the project. He sent a crew out the next day and they did a timely, terrific job for a fair price. I would highly recommend.

Was just happy to find a vendor willing to do small jobs (water damaged deck railing and wood around spigot). Contractors were friendly and did good work.

Project was to take 4-6 weeks took 3 months to complete Sales man was pushy and quit communicating with us when asked for a project status after the 6 week deadline Owner Mitchell was always dragging out project with miss led information and missed promises Project was ran poorly and at one point with all of the excuses we thought were being scammed Company has poor customer service felt we were always chasing for project Would never recommend this company to anyone

MItchell and his team did an excellent, professional job repairing and refinishing our deck. We really appreciated their attention to detail, neat and clean work and above all Mitchell's honest and careful assessment of what was needed. Even after adjustments for additional wood required for replacement repair needs, pricing was very good . We will definitely call on them again for projects on our house. Thanks Mitchell!

Dennis did an excellent job of power washing, sanding and sealing our deck. Extremely pleased.

Workers complained about not being able to do the job that was written in contract indicating they needed more money the fence came short of posts worried it may not last long They did clean up and worked well together

The quality of the work did not meet our expectations. Attempts to fix the problems only created more issues. Finally, we requested that the pro not return to the property at all.
