MR. MILANO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE; WORKMEN WERE COURTEOUS, RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS, AND CLEANED UP AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED. I WAS PARTICULARLY PLEASED AT THEIR QUICK RESPONSE WHEN I FOUND A MINOR PROBLEM SEVERAL MONTHS AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED; THEY RETURNED IMMEDIATELY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
