Excellent. I called and he explained that this was typical with pushmatic breakers, which I have. He said it was frequently associated with the A/C breaker, which I knew had tripped recently. He told me not to worry about it that it takes 2 - 3 years for these to go and there was no danger. He could have sold me a new breaker but didn't take advantage of me. Nice guy, I will call him with all future electric work needed.

They were excellent. They were punctual and very personable. They were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

a friend referred alonzo to us. i called and he came out and gave an estimate. 1280 for a panel upgrade and 3 fixtures for fans in the bedrooms. he came a couple of days late, and that was ok with me. we looked over some more work i needed done after the inspector came and looked at what needed done. he gave a rough estimate on the other issues we needed fixed. after not showing up when he said he was, we kept calling and he would sometimes get back sometimes not.needless to say, we still have wires hanging from our ceiling.

Talked to Alonzo about upgrading the electrical in my basement.  We set up a time for him to come out on Saturday morning.  I waited and waited and called him multiple times Saturday and he never returned my call.  He never even called me to cancel the appointment.  Is was very frustrating and inconsiderate to not even call and cancel an appointment that you have setup with someone.  Will not be using him again!  Like another poster said if you don't mind waiting around and getting stood up then this is the guy for you.

I was pleased with his work and asked him about coming back in the near future to install wiring and a box for a hot tub on the outside of the home. He told me that he would be able to do that and to just give him a call when I was ready. I kept his card and called him again a couple of months later. I did not get a return call. I waited another week and called again. I didn't get a return call. I called again for the third time and left him a message asking him to call me and just let me know if he was too busy so that I could move on and find someone else. I never got a call back. I don't know if he was too busy, felt he didn't want to waste his time on my small job, or just plain not interested. If you have a lot of time to waste waiting for a return call I recommend this company. I won't be using him again.

The gentleman (Alonzo) was very professional and went right to work. It did not take him very long to get the jobs done. I am very satisified with this company and will definitelly be calling them again for any future electrical work. Plus the price was very reasonable...

Alonzo was very responsive, but it was a little hard to schedule things. That was the only downside. However, once we got him scheduled he came out here when he said he would. Other than that things were great. He did quite a bit of work for us and later came and did some more work. He has also done a couple of small things since then. I like the fact that he is the owner and does all the work himself. He is very fairly priced too. We don’t have to deal with a contractor or anything. His son is his assistant. It’s a nice family owned business.

Ali responded to our call almost immediately and came to see our house to give us an estimate. We agreed and he scheduled work. He came on time and did excellent job. He even installed the lights for us in the rooms and charged exactly what he told us. His estimate about the length of his work was also right spot on. I would definitely use him again.

It was very good, they were very quick, clean and thorough. It was easy to make an appointment with them and they were on time. It was worth the money and I would recommend their services. It's not a big company so he doesn't charge the added fees.

It went exactly as was expected. Alonzo quoted us the price and the amount of time it would take and he stuck to both. My wife took off the day to do some work from home and she was only out of electricity for 15 minutes. Alonzo hooked up some service to operate our computer while he was working on the service panel. When he was done he cleaned up his mess and left the area as it was before.

I was very dissatisfied with this company. I spoke to them on the phone numerous times and made several appointments, none of which anyone ever showed up for. The impression I got was that since my problem was being handled by a home warranty service that it was not a priority for this company.

Alonzo was professional, polite, and efficient. He did a great job, and gave us a fair price for the amount of work he did. We were very pleased, and would recommend him highly.

Alfonso was very friendly, professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I felt like he knew exactly what needed to be done, and he communicated this to me clearly. We were very pleased with the work he performed, and thought his pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use him again in the future.

ALONZO (ELECTRICIAN AND OWNER) WAS ON TIME, VERY FRIENDLY. HE CONSISTENTLY DID MORE AND BETTER THAN I HAD ENVISIONED. FOR EXAMPLE: INSTALLING 2 CEILING FANS IN 2 ROOMS WHERE NO CEILING FIXTURES PREVIOUSLY EXISTED WITH ONLY 1 HOLE ABOUT THE SIZE OF A DECK OF CARDS OR SEPERATING SWITCHES AND OUTLETS BECAUSE OF HOW HE ANTICIPATED WE WOULD USE THEM. WE HAD ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED THE CEILING FANS AND ELECTRIC METER AS A SINGLE JOB, AND THEN SPLIT IT INTO TWO JOBS. WHEN WE CAME BACK AND ASKED FOR THE ELECTRIC UPGRADE (AS A SECOND JOB), HE SPENT A DAY AND A HALF DOING THE UPGRADE -- AND STILL HELD TO THE ORIGINAL, COMBINED PRICE THAT HE HAD QUOTED INITIALLY. I NOT ONLY WOULD CALL HIM AGAIN, BUT I ALREADY DID.

THEY WERE WILLING TO COME OUT WITHIN 2 HOURS. I FOUND OUT THAT THERE HAD BEEN A POWER SURGE AND THEY DID NOT END UP DOING ANY WORK. HOWEVER, I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED BY THEIR SERVICE AND RESPONSIVENESS.

DID A WONDERFUL JOB!!! TECHNICIAN, ALONZO, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WHEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH ONE JACK, HE CAME BACK LATER AND FIXED IT FOR FREE.
