They were on time and they did the work so it went well. It was a good price.

They did a good job, were on time and professional. They provided a very easy process.

The brick molding was not scored first prior to removing. This caused it to be torn from the house and damaged the wood behind. The replacement molding was very amateur. This covers a very large section across the front of my house over the garage door. I can not begin to describe how bad it is. I gave him the chance to fix it and make everything right. He denied responsibility and blamed it on the age of the house. He did offer to partially fix it, and that is unacceptable. I had to hire another contractor to do the work and make sure it was done properly. This cost me additional money. This and I was left with caulking and a genuinely ugly mess on the front of my house. The garage door is fine and functional. The molding itself is where my issues are lying. He finally did give me rebate for the cost of fixing the wood so that it could at least be aesthetically pleasing somewhat.

It was very cold and they were very backlogged-they told me this upfront. Took a week to get to me.

"Bud" was on time, extremely polite, and educational. I THOUGHT that I needed a new opener and cables replaced (work totaling $315). Bud explained that what really needed done only cost $142 and the other things were unnecessary. He fixed a loose part of the door, tightened screws, and replaced a roller that I didn't even know what broken (putting the door out of alignment). He also showed me ways to properly maintain the door in order to prevent future problems. After calling several companies, I discovered that Mid-State's prices were among the best, and their honesty was refreshing. I highly recommend this company and will only use THEM in the future.

Had installer come back to check on noise like metal parts rubbing together. He said it was the belt from the opener, and since it was installed previously by another company, he could not fix it. I had the other company check it out and they said the belt was fine, and that the noise was from the spring, and that it was Mid State Door's problem. I had Mid State Door owner (office manager?) come again and they sprayed WD-40 on the spring and it quieted down. I was somewhat upset with the Mid State Door installer because he told me all the bad things an installer can do (does he do this?) to make a sure a service call is needed before the normal time.

MID STATE CAME OUT ON MEMORIAL WEEKEND SUNDAY TO REPAIR MY DOOR WHICH WOULD NOT CLOSE. THIS WAS UNDER WARRANTY, NO CHARGE, SINCE MID STATE DID THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION. I HAD ALSO RECENTLY PURCHASED AN OPENER FROM SEARS BUT NOT INSTALLED IT YET AND MID STATE AGREED TO INSTALL IT WHILE THEY WERE OUT HERE. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THEY CAME OUT ON A HOLIDAY.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO ME FIRST THING IN THE MORNING; THAT ALLOWED US TO GET TO WORK.

LOWEST QUOTE DID FINE 2 GARAGE DOORS REPLACED and 2 OPENERS ONE GUY NICE JOB! PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS QUOTED!
