MID-STATE CONTRACTING

Excellent.  I couldn't be more pleased with the finished project (and  I have been know to be difficult and demanding).  Thoroughout the project, Kevin sought my input and provided me with suggestions and alternatives. He's very detail oriented. Each morning, he covered my hardwood floors on the first floor. At the end of each day, he cleaned the basement.  Kevin finished the project on time and on budget.  He even stayed on the last day of the project to make sure the carpet on my stairs was properly installed by another contractor.

I need a fence installed in my backyard.  I definitely plan to call Mid-State Contracting in the spring to do the work.  One of my family members who interacted with Kevin during my project and saw his work on a daily basis plans to use him for a similar project at her house. 

Kevin at Mid-States took a great deal of time reviewing the design of the project including reviewing samples of possible materials to be used. In most cases he took my suggstions / input and made them work in the completed project. With the exception of getting approval for all of the building permits, the project progressed very quickly, always doing a super clean up at the end of each day. Communication during the entire project was outstanding! I am very pleased with the completed project.

KEVIN WAS METICULOUS IN HIS WORK. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERFORMED THE WORK IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION. KEVIN IS VERY CREATIVE AND INNOVATIVE WITH HIS WORK. WE FOUND AN OLD GATE THAT WAS MISSING ITS HARDWARE AND KEVIN REPLACED THE MISSING PARTS AND MADE THE INSTALLATION HAPPEN. THE RESULTS WERE OUTSTANDING AND KEVIN WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT FOLLOWING UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. WE WILL BE USING KEVIN FOR REMODELING PROJECTS IN THE FUTURE.

I HAD ORIGINALLY HIRED ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO REMODEL MY KITCHEN AND THAT TURNED OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE. KEVIN CAME IN, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I REALLY WANTED THIS JOB DONE QUICKLY. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME (EVEN WORKED EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS TO GET THE JOB DONE), WAS VERY METICULOUS AND CARED ABOUT THE WORK HE WAS DOING. THE FLOORING TURNED OUT FANTASTIC! I AM VERY PLEASED! I FELT THAT I RECEIVED A VERY GOOD PRICE, QUALITY WORK, AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE MID-STATE CONTRACTING AGAIN!

MID-STATE CONTRACTING DID VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THE WORK WAS FINISHED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AT A PRICE MUCH LOWER THAT OTHER ESTIMATES THAT WE RECEIVED. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP EACH DAY, AND WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED MID-STATE CONTRACTING TO SEVERAL FRIENDS, AND WE PLAN ON HIRING THEM FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.
