They were extremely courteous on the phone as well as while they were here,  they arrived right on the dot, and they did the cleaning in good time, with no fuss.

They did a great job! I've used them in the past. They were at the home for about 2 hours working in the Master Bedroom, 2 other bedrooms, and the carpeted basement.

They called to see if they could come early and I told them they could come at a certain time which was not as early as they had hoped to come.  They were polite as always.  They are the only company I let clean my carpet which is a very picky and expensive California Berber.  I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so they always have special "problem stains" to try and get out.  I ALWAYS ask for Andy and if he can't get a stain out ..no one can. All the providers of service are competent but Andy is exceptional.  They moved and replaced the furniture I needed moved, they put pads under the legs etc.  They showed me the work after they were done and explained any problem areas.  Nancy, the office lady schedules the appointments, if  you get one of the men I suggest you ask for Nancy who will set up an appointment to suit your schedule.

Gentlemen were on time, pleasant and worked to remove a few stains in the carpet. Very pleased with the results. I would hire them again.

Perfect! The carpets looked great and dried quickly. We cleared out of the room and vacuumed prior to the technician?s arrival. It took them about 40 minutes to complete the job. They were quick, courteous, and professional.

Wonderful job! They were able to clean the oriental carpets as well as sculpted carpets. I have used the in home service as well as the drop off service. Bothe types of services were well worth the money and did a good job of cleaning the carpets.

David and Thomas cleaned the apartment carpet thoroughly - no spots were left with this steam method of cleaning (prior experience with chemical dry-cleaning - another company - left spots that had to be re-treated).  They paid special attention to heavy traffic areas.  I did not ask them to move furniture but with their attachment, they were able to reach around and under things well.  I appreciated that they were on-time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable.  The plan was to also clean my car's interior but, due to rain expected, David agreed to clean my car the next morning so that I could still make it to work on time.  He was able to remove some spots from the seats, even one I hadn't noticed.  The car looks great!  I've had three prior experiences with Martin - they cleaned an oriental rug (at their location) and a wool area rug, as well as a black cloth ottoman at our office.  (The black ottoman needed extra attention , due to unknown spots - probably dried food.  David and Matt had magic chemicals that removed the spots and left the ottoman looking new!)  I've also dropped off a carpet runner for a van at Martin's location - looked great and delivered back when promised.  I would highly recommend them and will use them again. 

They have always done an excellent job! I will not use anyone else. They cleaned a very dirty grey carpet and made it look brand new!

They did well. Their prices were reasonable. We have used them for a long time. They have always been responsive and consistently do a good job.

I had them clean the carpets. The service was fine. I had used them before and they do an excellent job.

It was excellent.  I always ask for Andy.  I feel comfortable with them in my house if I have to leave.  They are very careful and keep the doors shut because I have pets. 

I just gave you the details.  My carpets are clean and one day later they have dried out quit well.  My closets are clean which I am especially happy about.  For me this was a "Day of Happiness"  if you still use this designation.

They went out of their way to fit me in before Thanksgiving, were very prompt and did a good job.  I have used them before and will use them again.
