Very pleased with the work. Greg Marietti was our contractor. His team handled the demolition and preparation of the bathroom for a new shower, flooring, vanity and countertop. He recommended specific companies for the flooring, marble sides, pan and countertop, shower door and vanity cabinets. He stayed in constant contact with us and was extremely responsive to any questions we had or scheduling conflicts. The workmanship is superb. We hired Marietti again after he installed a brand new kitchen for us shortly after we purchased our current home. It's beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent. We highly recommend Marietti Custom Builder.

Greg Marietta is hands down the best contractor I've ever hired. He is professional, prompt, and honest. He checked in with me whenever he needed clarification on what I wanted. He made suggestions that were always in my best interest. I needed approval from the HOA Board to build the closet because of the structural wall, a city permit and a copy all his credentials were required for the Board Meeting on Tuesday. I hired him on Saturday, by the end of business Monday he had all paperwork and a city permit he was able to get in ONE day! This job was a small but complicated job. He finished it in 5 days, 2 days sooner than he predicted. The closet looks beautiful and is exactly what I wanted. Hire Greg, for your construction or remodeling projects. He is the best I've ever hired.

Greg Marietta is the most professional contractor that I've ever hired. He was prompt, polite, trustworthy, professional and communicated with me on any suggestions for modifications that always were in my best interest and did not increase his quote except for the cost for the City Permit which was separate from his quote. For the quality and complications of the work, I thought his fee was quite fair. I'd hired him again for any construction project I need in the future. I highly recommend his business.

Greg is particular about his work. To install the window it is necessary to cut the block foundation of the house. This was done with minimal impact to the finished basement, leaving nothing more than the window cut out in the drywall. Plastic was used to keep the dust generated by the saw out of the house. The work was done on time and for the agreed upon price. The day after the window was installed Greg stopped by with several bags of top soil that he used to put over the clay around the scape-well. It's clear he takes pride in his work. I am extremely happy with the work!

It was absolutely fabulous. Everything was done on time and double and triple checked.

The workmanship and clean up is absolutely wonderful! There is little to no noise whatsoever so it's almost like you didn't even know he was there at all. Greg is very professional and personable. I appreciate everything he has done for us greatly!
