Very pleased with the work. Greg Marietti was our contractor. His team handled the demolition and preparation of the bathroom for a new shower, flooring, vanity and countertop. He recommended specific companies for the flooring, marble sides, pan and countertop, shower door and vanity cabinets. He stayed in constant contact with us and was extremely responsive to any questions we had or scheduling conflicts. The workmanship is superb.
We hired Marietti again after he installed a brand new kitchen for us shortly after we purchased our current home. It's beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent. We highly recommend Marietti Custom Builder.
I needed approval from the HOA Board to build the closet because of the structural wall, a city permit and a copy all his credentials were required for the Board Meeting on Tuesday. I hired him on Saturday, by the end of business Monday he had all paperwork and a city permit he was able to get in ONE day!
This job was a small but complicated job. He finished it in 5 days, 2 days sooner than he predicted. The closet looks beautiful and is exactly what I wanted.

The work was done on time and for the agreed upon price.
The day after the window was installed Greg stopped by with several bags of top soil that he used to put over the clay around the scape-well.
