"Thank you. You are too sweet."
The crew cleaned things that I had no idea needed to be cleaned. They went straight to working very hard. It was in tip-top shape when they left. It was worth every cent.
Ill have them back periodically to keep it up.
"Thank you. we Will be here when you need your next cleaning."
"I love customers who take the time out of their day to write something so nice."
"Thank you [Member Name Removed]. It's nice of you to take time out of your day to write something so sweet. We are so happy that we get to clean your new house."
"This was a disgruntled employee who wrote this complaint. [Member Name Removed], the customer, never lived at the address provided and states she never left a review"
As mentioned, I hired this provider to do a move out cleaning for the condo I rent out. Two folks showed up to perform the cleaning services for this condo for 2 hours. In the past I hired a company who got everything done and the condo looked amazing in 2 hours, I just couldn't remember or find info on who I hired.
Getting in touch with this provider was somewhat of a challenge, but finally when I was able to I set up an appointment and the people who arrived to clean the condo were on time. They seemed somewhat professional, however they did not do a good job at all on the actual cleaning of the condo. I went to check out the condo a few days later (It took me about 2-3 days to go look it over just because I just had a baby) and I was extremely unhappy with how the condo looked. There was still soap scum in the bottom of the tub, which as we all know comes out if you scrub it, and the bathrooms didn't look like they had even been cleaned. The sinks were still dirty, the faucets had not been touched, and as mentioned the tubs clearly weren't cleaned.
In the kitchen, the countertops were still dirty, the sink still was dirty, and the cabinets weren't cleaned out at all. They didn't even bother cleaning the pantry or washer and dryer.
As far as the remainder of the condo, I had to bring over a vacuum and do it myself and re-clean everything because they did such a horrible job. I mean honestly, it didn't even look like the condo was professionally cleaned at all. I was extremely disappointed and contacted the manager, who basically told me I was out of luck because I should have called the day of. I had my baby early, which was unexpected, so I wasn't able to get there the day it was cleaned to check their work, rather I had someone let them in for me and went over 2-3 days later. Regardless if it was 2-3 days later, the condo was vacant and there is no way it could have accumulated all of that dirt again in 3 days. She offered me no resolution at all and actually never responded to my email response to her.
Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this company to clean your house because it won't look clean at all.
"This was just a misunderstanding. Our usual price is $37 per hour per person. So 2 people for 2 hours is 4 hours of labor. That's $37 x 4= $148. Because this lady was pregnant and stated we had cleaned her house before, I gave her a $48 discount and only charged her $100. But also told her we could not do more than the 4 hours at the $100 price she paid. She agreed. When our 4 hours was up we tried to contact the [Member Information Removed] 5x with no response. There were [Member Information Removed] some things that we were not able to complete in her 4 hr contract. We weren't sure if we should continue to clean and charge her the additional hours or just leave per our 4 hr price. Without being able to contact the [Member Information Removed] to find out what her wishes were we left. We had no idea that she was in hospital having her baby. This explains why we weren't able to contact her. Yes, 4 days later she did complain. I offered to return and do more work but that it would [Member Information Removed] a little more. She did not want to pay anymore. We had given her 4 hours of labor for $100( a $48 discount) . I could not afford to do more work without charging her more. I agree the job was not completely done. About 85% was done."
"Awesome of you to write something."
"Were hired for 6hrs. 2 girls were sent 3 hrs each for total of 6 hrs. She told then to fill timecard. They put 3 hrs on timecard. She called & said I stopped check because only 3hrs on timecard, she hired a 2nd co. to complete work. I called for 3 days. 4th day I explained 3 hrs for 2 girls = 6hrs. She will only pay for 3 hrs. I asked to come out & see her house & their work, the name of other co. she hired. She refused. No! I offered 1 free hr of labor. No! She will pay check for 3 hrs. waited 3 weeks. No check. I tried her 3 phone #'s She said she won't pay any money. Sae saw 1 cig. butt in yard 17 days later, I told her I would go to small claims. She said there was nothing I could do. Deposited her 1st check to prove stop pay. Wow! Check was cashed. My BBB record in 13 yrs. is 2 complaints resolved. She got 6hrs & that's what she paid. She was rude & tried every excuse to get a free cleaning. What else can I do? Arlene Dygart, Maid To Mop"
