They showed up as promised and completed the work in a few hours. My neighbor was home that day and said they worked hard. We are absolutely thrilled with the results.
Description of Work: Entire "Spring" clean up of yard. Edging and mulching of front and back beds, removal of two trees and five bushes, trimming of remaining shrubs.

Description of Work: Anthony helped me pick out stone for a small stone wall to edge our flower beds. Rock was delivered in timely manner and installed in one day by Michael and his colleague.

 + 0 moreThey are great! Anthony has come out to see what is needed and follows through beautifully. Their prices are competitive. They give a more personal service, and I like that. They are always punctual and let me know if they are running late or cannot come due to the weather. I have no complaints about them. I will continue to use them in the future and have already recommended them to others.
Description of Work: I have them out a couple times a year to do clean-up. They have mulched, trimmed trees, edged, put paver stones down, put a new base down for my patio and done general clean-up. They do just about anything that I need.

 + -1 moreMichael was very professional and on time. I had ideas of what we wanted, but he incorporated his ideas as well and provided us with drawings of our future patio. He was the only one of 6 vendors who provided us with computer cad drawings, and he provided 3 options. 1 vendor did a nice paper drawing. After numerous emails and revisions, we decided on a drawing. Michael had excellent customer service (responding quickly & follow-up). He helped us with a tight deadline as well! His super on the job, Joe, was very experienced. They starting digging and found the builder used improper backfill! They had to dig 4 ft. Joe took pictures. Others could have just done their job, but Joe/Michael took the high road and did it right. We worked together with the increase in materials and labor-the builder agreed to pay for these items. Our patio was finished on-time and looks beautiful! Michael made sure the project looks good and is structurally sound(sitting wall/Pit). I am happy I selected M&I!
Description of Work: I met with Michael and together we designed a paver patio with a square fire pit and sitting wall. We put in a 21x17 paver patio, 3 paver steps, a square fire pit, and a sitting wall with 3 columns and electrical run into them for lighting. Standard with M & I was a Soldier's Course around all edges, 2 layers of geotextile fabric under pavers to help prevent sinking of pavers due to settling ground, and used Polymeric sand for the jointing sand (regular sand allows weeks, grass, and moss to grow and will be tracked into the house versus the polymeric sand which is applied, then moistened, and hardens!!!) These options are extra with other companies and standard with M & I. Since my husband and I had built our last patio (no time to do this one) I had enough knowledge to ask for these items on our other quotes, and Michael was the only one who talked about any of these items and they were standard. Michael's bid was very comparable or lower than the others.

 + -1 moreExcellent! Anthony listened to what I wanted/didn't want. Provided books of plants to look through. Group of workers pulled out exsisting plants and replaced to the plan. Looked wonderful when completed. Clean up was wonderful. Watering guidelines were given. A few bushes/flowers did not make it and they were replaced in a timely manner at no cost to me. at one point i was concidering doing the planting myself and the company provided the plan at a reasonable cost. i later decided to let them do the planting and the cost of the plan was deducted from the cost of planting all the materials. i called many companies and no other was willing to draw up a plan w/o doing the actual work.
Description of Work: Plan drawn up to redesign front/back mulch beds. Using some existing trees/plants and replacing others. Completing the landscaping job.
