Made an appointment for hearing evaluation and possible purchase of hearing aids. Wasn't sure what to expect. Pauline performed a very thorough evaluation and gave me an excellent explanation of my situation. She also showed me several hearing aid options and explains pros and cons of each. I tried out a unit that works in conjunction with my iPhone. I was informed as to pricing and guarantee that these units had and how much they would run with my insurance provider. I mentioned that I needed to discuss a purchase of this amount with my wife. That was fine with them. My initial appointment was on a Tuesday. I called on Wednesday to let them know I was going to purchase. Renee Blackburn took my order and told me she could have my units by the next Tuesday. I asked if it would possible to get them before the weekend? Renee called me on Thursday, the next afternoon and said she had my units. I went in that afternoon and Pauline fit me with my hearing aids. Great experience!

They did such a thorough job

My initial exam demonstrated what I expected, hearing loss. We discussed
several hearing aid options and I selected the one that I felt best fit
my lifestyle.Wow! They are expensive! Dr Luebbe explained costs and options clearly and answered all my questions completely.
When they came in I went in to get them - what a difference! I hear things much more clearly, it's a life-changing experience.

I was nervous, but the staff put me right at ease and I am so excited to have gone there.

Great! My friend's dad can finally to hear again and enjoy life with his family. He is communicating more and his personality has blossomed once again. His daughter has thanked me over and over again for getting her dad to Luebbe Hearing Services where they know what they are doing.

I originally contacted Luebbe for a consult because they are one of two Lyric providers in Columbus. I am interested in Lyric hearing aids. I arrived for my 8/23/12 appointment on time (8:30 am). I completed necessary forms in the waiting room and watched a Lyric informational DVD as requested by the staff. I was told someone would be right with me. I was then left in the waiting room for 30 minutes(red flag) before Dr. Mary Lou Luebbe-Gearhart came out to call me back. There was no apology for my wait nor explanation. She asked if I had results of my last hearing exam. I said no, I was never asked to bring one. She said she could fit me for Lyric that day had I brought exam results (second red flag). An exam was not mentioned during my initial call. She then proceeded to talk about Lyricand placed them in both ears in order to confirm I was a qualified applicant. The rest of the appointment was fine. I then had to make an appointment to come back for an exam and they didn't have an opening for3 weeks. On 9/14/12, I arrived 10 minutes early for my 8:00 am appointment The office was closed. I left to go get coffee and came back a few minutes after 8 am. Not only was the office still closed, there was an office staff person waiting to get in. She told me they were closed but and ldquo;she would be along in a few minutesand rdquo;, meaning, I assumed whomever had the keys. I told her I was going to work. I was absolutely furious that I had taken time off work and my time was wasted. When I got to work, I made a call to the office to inform them I wouldn't be back. I feel this provider office is unprofessional. If the office was open at the time
