They contract as terrible. He pretty much destroyed everything that he touched and I will definitely stay from. I had to get everything fixed and I paid him 20 grand. It was a nightmare, they did not patch anything, from the plumbing to the painting they damaged it. They were going to paint and they took out the recess lighting cans and I don’t know what they did with it. It is all gone so I had replaced everything. I had brand new carpeting that I was going to use in another room and they took it out.

I'm really happy with them.  They're easy to work with and the price was the cheapest.  We had a lot of obstacles with the job and they were able to overcome them all easily.  He always picks up the phone when I call.  They crew is really good.

Everything was fine. I called Dave McPheters and just a few days later, one of his guys came out. It was my second experience with Lone Ranger and I highly recommend them.

Overall, the work was top quality.  The ceiling fan looks like it belonged there all along, all the work on the list was completed.
However, there were some mis-communication leading up to the work day. I thought the contractor had said he would be out on a specific Monday, and that he would call the day before. I didn't get a call, but I took Monday off any way. He didn't show, and I called him. He recanted saying he would be out Monday, and scheduled to come out Thursday. Which they did.
My experience would have been much better, I think, if the contractor had been more organized and been more firm on a date to come out for the job.

Dave was incredible. He knew just what to do and had an excellent price. Adam removed the base below the door and replaced it to make it handicapped accessible. He came out less than 24 hours after I called. After a long days work he got this in too. He was great.
