We ended up and went with another company. They were professional and timely. I went with another company for price more than anything. I was impressed with what they did, but another company impressed us a bit more for a better price.

It was a very satisfactory experience. I put in a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner so it was a big purchase. I haven?t had to call them back since they put it in a year ago and everything has gone very well. They noticed that my previous furnace had not been put in correctly and they took care of the puddling that I had. They were very friendly, the reviewed with me which furnaces I could get the tax rebate on, and my energy costs have gone down by at least one third. I got three estimates and Logan?s was competitive. I went with the most expensive quote, actually, because they seemed to know what they were doing. The other people wanted to put in a furnace that was the same size but I needed a larger one.

The guy who gave the quote was too friendly. He was very thorough and he looked into the details of the furnace and the air condition unit. I saw their ad somewhere and called them. I don't remember having to wait for them, they were on time. I probably will not use their service again.

No quote given after they came out and looked at my house.

We called Logan Services (through The Home Depot), made an appointment for sales to come out the next day at 11:00. The gentleman showed up at 11:00, was very professional and gave me the options. We scheduled installation for the following Monday. They gave me a 1 hour window and they showed up within the hour. They installed the unit, inside coils and a programmable thermostat. They explained things & were very thorough. They also filled out and submitted the warranty to Trane for us.

My furnace died and I had to get a new one. I had an estimate from last year that had been done for me, and so I called them up and Harry came to my house and refreshed the estimate. It went up marginally which was fine. After considering it, I called Harry and he agreed to meet me to sign the papers on my lunch break at my job. He was very accommodating. Within 3 days they had come to my house (based on my timing). Kevin was the installer. He was very nice and appeared to me to be very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me what he was doing and made sure I was pulled into all of the necessary decisions such as where specific lines would be run, etc. He was accommodating to my schedule and worked around an out of town day trip and came in in a Sunday to finish.

Installer cut an RJ-45 cable line in our garage and lay next to the air duct, they installed new materials that now left our laundry room door unable to close even half-way. We've called the company numerous times to try to rectify the relationship. Service was installed on Friday, 10/17. Installer promised to return on Monday, 10/20 to fix problems he caused and to repair his sloppy work that left my laundry room door ajar and unable to close all the way and he was a no show. My husband called the installer Loren and the sales rep. Harry Beebe, and also spoke with a woman at the main line of the company and no one has the courtesy to call us back, now that they have our money committed I guess. Today is 10/25/08. I just spoke with Loren the installer who claims that he will show up on Monday at 7pm to correct the laundry room door issue he created. He was supposed to be at our home today, 10/25/08 at 10am, but when I just called the installer, he claims that he was dispatched out to Dayton, OH on an emergency "No-Heat Call" and left his clipboard at the office and FORGOT to call us and let us know that he would be a no-show this morning. We had to call him at 10:45am to find this out. I asked him to address the issue with cutting the cable line and he claims that he had no idea it was a cable line that he cut but he does admit that he cut a wire. Mind you, he walked out of my house without informing us that he had even cut ANY wires at all! We only found out when we went to turn on the TV that day that it was cut! VERY DISSATISFIED with this companies service. I left a message on the main voice mail of this company. I will wait and see if I hear back from anyone about getting a refund on the supplies we had to buy to repair our cable TV.
