Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing

The initial contact was for a diagnosis of a problem with the A/C. It was repeatedly tripping the circuit breaker. The service person who came out, Justin,was very knowledgable and professional in his conduct. He talked thru the problem so I could understand it. He was not a pressure salesman. We went over pros and cons. He advised us of current rebates that could save us money. We decided to get a new heat pump along with a new A/C. We replaced a builders model unit with a new Trane. The cost for both was about what I had expected to pay for an A/C unit alone. Justin made sure the install appointment would be handled by one of the best installers they had. He also fixed a vent pipe that had come loose for us even though ours was his last appointment and he could have just packed it in and gone back to the office on time. We had to schedule out about two weeks. However with one week the company called because they had a cancellation and could do the install a week early. The install was on time. They cleaned up after themselves. Again very professional. All the employees explained everything to us. After dealing with several companies over the past four years because of our A/C , we finally found one we have complete confidence in.

They did a real good job of removing an old furnace. They had to cut it up to get it out of the house. I would recommend this company to others!

The sales guy was very nice. He took the time to answer all of my questions. While i did not have them replace my HVAC, when i do have the system replace i will be calling Logan's.

Was very pleased with the entire experience, from the estimate through the installation. They were the only company who sent a current experienced service employee as opposed to a salesman to do the estimate, we really liked that. They installed a new Trane high efficiency furnace with humidifier and lifetime gold filter, and a high seer rated AC unit, with programable thermostat. Justin was always available during our decision process and very patient with our numerous questions. All AEP discounts were immediately discounted to us without us having to apply for the rebates. They registered all our products for us well as scheduling the city permit inspections. On our install day, both installers showed up on time, and completed the work, clean up, and overview of how to adjust all the equipment in 6 hours. We won't be needing another system as long as we own this house, but will use Logan for all yearly cleaning, and servicing. Top Notch all the way.

They were on time neat and very informative on answering all my concerns, very happy.

They arrived promptly on a Monday morning as promised and worked with us on the layout of the new duct work and removal of the old boiler. They were careful not to leave us without Heat since this work was performed in December. A supervisor Checked in at the very beginning and worked with the crew until we were satisfied with the layout of the ductwork. The crew let us know each day what they would be working on and left each afternoon. There was no cleanup until the very last day which was dust due to cutting through walls for duct work. We were satisfied with their work.

The quoting process went fine. The representative arrived on time, was professional, and understood the work to be quoted.

They completely tore out the old system and cleaned everything up. They installed a new system in one day. Three guys came out and did a great job. They answered all of my questions and concerns and were professional all the way. They were very courteous and nice and were so much better than other service providers I have used in the past. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

The installers were very professional and courteous. They arrived when scheduled to do so and put down drop cloths to contain any dirt and to keep our house clean as they made the required trips into and outside the house. They even worked late the first day to ensure that we had heat that night. The finished up the next day and cleaned up after they were finished. The equipment works well and we are very happy with the salesman that sold us the system as well as the installers. I highly recommend this company.

I live in Westerville, Ohio - a suburb of Columbus. I selected Logan Services to install a new furnace and air conditioning system in my 35-year-old condominium. Logan?s quotation was reasonable, and the installation time was within a few days. Logan stated that it would replace the line-set that runs from my furnace in my basement to the heat pump located outside. The installation time was estimated to be a day, to a day and a half. The two gentlemen who did the installation were exceptional. Neatness, cleanliness and doing the job correctly as opposed to expeditiously were clearly their priorities. There was substantial difficulty with removing the old line-set from the underground pipe. The old line-set, which ran through a PVC pipe was heavily impacted with mud. I was given the option of running the new line-set above ground, or extending the installation time so the installers could wrestle with removing the old line-set, and subsequently run the new line-set through the existing underground pipe. I choose to extend the installation time so the line-set could be run underground. The installers invested an additional half-a-day just to remove the old line-set, and had to bring in additional personnel. There were no additional charges, and Logan just continued to reiterate that its only goal was to have a happy customer. After the old line-set was removed and the new line-set installed, the installers went the extra mile to seal the PVC pipe so there would be no water intrusion into my basement through the line-set pipe. Once the new HVAC system was completely installed, the installers were having difficulty with the heat-pump operation. Logan sent in a specialist and a supervisor who spent several hours diagnosing the issue. It turned out to be just a simple dip-switch setting. Ever since, the system has been working flawlessly. When installing a major system that is filled with leading edge technology, it is certainly not unusual to have some initial glitches. It is during such abnormalities that companies have the opportunity to show their level of customer service. Over the past couple of decades I have noted how many companies fail at customer service because an issue becomes too difficult or too time consuming. Logan Services was a real breath of fresh air. Despite having to invest additional time, personnel and supplies, Logan?s attitude remained solely focused on total customer satisfaction. I rate Logan Services as an A-Plus company. Logan Services is without reservation one of the finest companies I have used for any service in many years.

My experience with Logan was first class. Through out the whole process we were impressed with the professional manner in which they conduct their business. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC replacement.

They gave us the information needed. He explained everything effectively and gave us the options of what service was needed. However, we are not ready to go forward with the project. The experience was positive.

I plan to use them in the future for my heating and air conditioning needs. They were very professional and courteous. They were also very responsive and moved my date up as quickly as possible due to a heat wave.

They had the best presentation compared to other estimates I received. He was very professional and did a good job. He completed the estimate in about forty five minutes.

We had to replace non-functioning furnace and A/C, they were very responsive to our difficult schedule. I had done a lot of homework, as well as an energy audit and knew what kind of system we needed/wanted. They gave us estimates for what we wanted, sold us the system we wanted for a comparably good price and didn't insist that we go through the dog and pony sales show. Quick, clean installation. I tend to ask lots of questions and like to watch the process - they were very pleasant and patient with me. They carefully explained the operation of each piece of equipment - even had me practice filter removal. When the City inspector found an problem with our water heater vent, (not Logan's problem!) Logan fixed it and included it as part of the installation! Overall very happy with their excellent service.

This is an outstanding company. We decided to replace our aging furnace and ac with high efficiency replacements. I did a lot of research beforehand so I knew what I wanted. We had 3 companies give us estimates. Dave from Logan’s was the best organized and gave us the best price. Two of the companies walk around the house to estimate the sq. footage. Dave showed up with a print out from the county auditor that showed a complete description of the property( including square footage) which I liked because he did not have to walk around the entire house. Unlike one of the companies he did not try to pressure me into buying equipment I did not need. He actually made recommendations that saved me money. At no time did I feel that I was being pressured to buy anything. Eric and the crew that did the installation were also outstanding. They completed the work faster than I had expected. They actually left the areas in which they worked cleaner than those areas were before they had come in to work.

I recommend that if you are using a service offered by a third party that you do your homework and ask the actual provider what they will and won't do before scheduling. Had I know in the beginning they wouldn't be able to check the airflow problem I would have never scheduled the inspection with them.

My experience was fantastic. The customer service was great. There were couple of issues and they came out the next day and took care of that.

Greg was friendly and thorough. We talked through my project and he asked very good questions about our use of HVAC and our needs moving forward. He talked through the installation process and the various pricing discounts. After getting all the quotes in I ended up going with another vendor but I was absolutely impressed with Logan and would have no problem recommending them to others.

I couldn't be happier. Logan called the day before to confirm install time & the guys arrived exactly on schedule. They did their work and were gone by 4pm. They put cloths down everywhere in the house and cleaned up inside and out. The system is everything I had hoped for. I have had occasion to call Logan since the install and you actually talk to a person within seconds. Incredible in today's world.I highly recommend Logan & Trane

They were really good. They came in when they said they were going to come, and they were on time. They said half a day and that's about what it took. They were very courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't do a lot of pricing. They were very professional. I would use them again in the future.

cians were outstanding. I now use this company for our heating and cooling needs because of the great service we received. I left another company after 38 years(which shall remain nameless) as a result of several negative issues which have developed over the last several years.
