the actual moving of the household goods was outstanding. The movers were very professional and extremely polite. There was some confusion on unpacking the pod, however Leaders sent a crew Saturday to unload. We would not hesitate to use this company again and will certainly recommend their services to others.

The movers arrived on time and ready to go. Brian and Sean were very nice and professional. They handled my dad's things very carefully and were beyond efficient. When we arrived at the destination they were great to place (and replace) things for us. Brian, a military veteran, was so sweet to my dad (a WWII vet) and spent time sharing a few experiences with him, which meant a lot. We extra things to add to the move and that was handled quickly and for a reasonable price. My dad lived in a 10 story high rise so they had to navigate the move using only one elevator. They were very careful of the walls and furniture and had all of the necessary pads, etc. We didn't have a lot of big stuff, but tons of small things and they were just as careful with those things. They called over the weekend to confirm and get any special instructions. They were very communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend this company.

A crew of three led by Ted showed up at 8AM exactly as scheduled to deliver the items. There were 23 itemized single-spaced pages of goods including over 400 boxes. The leader estimated it was about 18,000 pounds of goods. So each member moved 6,000 pounds of our items. This is the sixth move Leaders has done for us, to and from Columbus and within. Ted and his crew did an outstanding job. They were punctual, hard working, paid attention to detail, and pleasant to work with. I always know exactly how much the move will cost in advance due to their per-piece pricing, so there are never any surprises. Kudos to Ted and Leaders Moving.

The crew was in a no win situation. They had been originally booked for two day but since a second truck needed and the second crew was delayed, they made the move in one day. We started unloading at nearly 8:30 pm. They scratched wood floor on that last piece that was delivered upstairs at 11:30pm. They had boxes unloaded onto every level incorrectly since there was no light in the trucks and it was dark! What ever the top box said of a typical three box load that was the level it hit. I spent the entire next two days moving boxes from all three levels of the house. They also bent our king size mattress and broke a cabinet. The process to repair floor and have it reimbursed by Leaders took over four months! Don't move on price! You get what you pay for.

Excellent. DJ and Bryan arrived as scheduled, were professional, courteous and very accommodating. Care was taken of all items, and the team worked well with the management at the new location. The coordinators at the main office were prompt and courteous. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. The management of the new residence provided a $50 discount coupon, which lowered the quoted price from $750 to $700. The move took approximately 5 hours. We are very satisfied with the services and will recommend Leaders to others.

They arrived well within the two-hour time window and quickly & efficiently packed up her belongings. They worked very well together as a coordinated team. We also had them move furniture in the condo to make room for the furniture from the apartment. One of the pieces was a daybed with a trundle that required disassembly to get it into the destination room, which they did very well. They also moved an *extremely* heavy, upright antique player piano out of the living room and into the garage. They didn't leave a single ding or scratch in any of the furniture or the floors or the walls. They provided an absolutely FLAWLESS move as promised. Many thanks to Jerry O., Arnold M. and Mike G. Awsome. They arrived right on time, and moved everything with extreme care, like it was there own. Very professional great guys. At the new house I had wanted to move a couch into a bedroom, we knew it might not work but instead of brushing me off and they tried and tried every way they could (unfortunately the couch won). Nothing was damaged. They moved everything into the right rooms. We had more stuff than originally anticipated so a second trip was needed. To our surprise they sent another crew out to pick up the remaining items, and those guys were great too and there was no additional charge. My daughter was so impressed that she decided to hire them instead of trying to do it themselves. I highly recommend this company.

I was bouncing between the new house and the old house getting stuff done while my wife was home with the movers. When I got back to the house my wife said we had an incident. When the movers where moving the treadmill from the basement upstairs they destroyed the walls on both sides of the stairway and the trim and the flooring at the top of the stairs not to mention the damage to the treadmill. At this point I was in a mad scramble because the house we were selling now had tons of damage up the whole stairs and the buyers final walk through was on September 8th at 2:00 pm. We took a couple quick pictures of the walls and immediately started patching the holes in the wall and putting wood filler in the chunks missing from the trim. I had to come back twice that night and then again the next day to re-apply and sand. It was so bad that my realtor had to come over and help me on the morning of the 8th. We had to work all morning on the 8th! Back to September 7th. I walked outside after putting the first coat of spackling on the walls damage. I noticed right away that they were stacking our new custom built dinning room table into the the back of the moving van and laying it against the kitchen table without separating them with a blanket. Thats when I noticed that they didn't use even half the blankets that were in the truck even though the truck was full of furniture most touching something else without in between padding. I figured I would take a look at the table and everything else once they got it to the house since it was in the truck and I still had to take the beds apart for them. They went to lunch for about an hour to an hour and a half. Once they got to the new house and started unloading I knew the table would be coming out soon since it was put in towards the end. They moved the table into the house and right away I saw chunks missing from the table (we had never once used the table yet). I called my wife over because I knew she would be upset and told her I would call the guys over and show them and make a claim. I had my wife leave because she was so upset. I wanted to stay and watch the movers but my realtor stayed with them so I could go back to the old house and pack more stuff and put another coat on the walls and trim. When I got back to the house they were nearing the end. I showed them where the last few things went then filled out the damage paperwork and paid them for the job ($1109.00). Now I didn't have time to look over everything because we had to stay at my wives parents that night because the house wasn't ready for kids yet and the next two days were spent fixing the old house damage they caused and getting ready for the rehearsal dinner. Then on Friday the 9th it was the wedding day. Finally on Monday we started to put the house together (I took the week off) how we wanted it. This is when we started noticing damage to more furniture. We noticed a tear in the leather chair, we noticed a chip in her desk (pottery barn), a scratch in the bookshelf, big dents and scratches on our dresser (Kittles) and my daughters dresser (Kittles). We found dents, scratches and a giant crack on the armoire (Kittles). Then we noticed a long indentation in the floor into the master bedroom and a smaller one upstairs in front of my daughters room and one in the family room. Then we started going through the downstairs and noticed the doorway and door was damaged again by the treadmill going into the back room in the basement (the treadmill is just heavily damaged). Then we saw the damage to all the kitchen chairs and a chunk out of the kitchen table and dents and scratches on the base of it (Arhaus). When we started the claims process with their claims person Deirdre Smith. Deirdre offered me a $100's for the damage to the house we moved from and $100 for the treadmill as an "appearance allowance". I said that was not anywhere near enough but she said $200 each was the most she could do. Then she said after I sent her pictures of all the damage up to that point that she was going to have a company come fix our stuff and that they also could fix the dinning room table but they would have to take it for 6 weeks! I told her that was not acceptable unless they were going to rent us another table. She said they could rent us another table but they could get us a card table....really!!!! I was just furious with the things I was hearing and I was furious because I was having trouble making any contact with Deirdre so I sent an email venting my frustration. I got a call right away from a guy named Derrick. He immediately scheduled a time to come out to the house and see everything for himself and apologized. I wasn't there that day to meet him or show him the damages but my wife did. He agreed that if our custom builder ([*** Link removed ***] of the dinning room table thought it needed to be rebuilt it would be. Also he scheduled to have a professional flooring company come out to the house and see if they could fix the floors and a custom furniture company they used would come out and fix the furniture either on site if possible or take it to their shop. The flooring guy came out and looked at everything. We gave him the information we found on the maker and style of the wood floors. He said he would look into it and get back with us. After a few days he called and said they didn't make the floors anymore but would like to try something one the piece that we found in the basement. When he came out and tried his technique on the piece of flooring he deemed the floors unfixable. Then Clark restoration came out and fixed some stuff on site and took some things with them (very nice guys) and even looked at the hardwood floors and took some pictures. Everything Clark Restoration fixed on site turned out great except my daughters dresser. Its an off-white but the color they put on it is a light pinkish color. I told Deirdre and we agreed on $250 but I have never been given and confirmation on that. The stuff they took with them we don't get back until November 2nd and then they have to take the kitchen table base with them and see what they want to do with the leather chair. I talked to Deirdre about the hardwood floors asked what we are doing about settling that claim. She said that Clark restoration said they could fix them for $1800 if they could find the exact wood flooring. I told her that the flooring is unfixable because the flooring is no longer manufactured. At this point she wanted to send another flooring company out to look at them. I said why? Two companies have looked at them and one said its unfixable and the other said its fixable only if we can find original boards that they don't make any more!!!! I told her I wanted $1,000 for the flooring since it will now be there for as long as I live in the house. She said she could only do $500 and I said thats not good enough. Again she has tried to get me to agree to have a third flooring company look at the floors because she said they are fixable if we can find the boards. I told her time is up! I have dealt with all of this long enough and will still be dealing with it as they have more things to fix but as for the flooring and my daughters dresser I want to settle. I want $1,250 total for the both and everything else fixed. We are now at a standstill. I have lots of photos of the damage as does Clark restoration.

Generally, they were great. They moved everything out of the old house very quickly, and did a great job of protecting each piece of furniture along the way. The only negative I'd report is that they might have been a little too concerned about speed, and rushed to cram the washer, dryer, and an old dining room table down our basement stairs, doing a good bit of damage to the fresh paint around the basement door frame. Easy enough to fix, but it seems like it could have been easier to prevent if they'd just taken their time, or taken the legs off the table first.

While it took longer than expected , the move went well. We ended up adding items and asked them to make an unscheduled stop, and they were able to accommodate is. Very professional. I have used them before and will do so again.

They provided a straightforward estimate and worked with us on changes between the estimate and the move. Communications were prompt and clear. The team that moved us was friendly, professional and hard-working. The price was in line with other estimates we received. We would use them again.

Great, came day before finished packing what we hadn't, handled fragile etc things carefully and packed well. Filled tons of boxes and finished the next day, ( moving day)with the residual.moving day multiple people showed up promptly, packed boxes into trucks( plural) and relocated us, unloaded boxes to new home .moving day 8am to 10:30pm!
