She does a great job. The wait time is about 5 minutes. The relationship with the vet and company is why we go back. We feel comfortable with them.

They were very sensitive about it. They didn't give me the bill as I was leaving. They mailed it to me. They sent a condolences card. The price seems fair.

I only boarded them one time ever, they don't go away from their mommy. They were in a kennel together. They always have to be together, in fact, my one that's home now is pouting. They do the walk and I took the food over.

Well, they go every year for their check ups. They are just so good with them. They just treat them like their own doggies and they don't do stuff that's not absolutely necessary. My one had a hip or a knee problem. She's very tiny, she's only six pounds. The Doctor said if that would've been a Rottweiler or a Doberman, they would have been in there for surgery. But because she is so small, he said I think she can tough it out and it'll be okay, and it was, so that saved me thousands of dollars.

I think it's expensive, but they're all expensive. I've used this vet for years.

I love my veterinarian. He is very personable and I like the personal interaction that I had with him about everything. The office clean and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

My dog is part Collie part shepherd. I've been going to this vet I think for 20 years. He will fix things that need to be fixed and he won't fix things that don't need to be fixed. He's good at finding things that are going on but he doesn't let them get blown out of proportion. The office is fine and the staff is great.

We have taken both of dogs there over the years. She is great with the dogs. I have no trouble getting and appointment. I can get my animals in right away. If there is a problem, they can get me in right away. They are good about communicating with the owners. My dogs love her. I will continue to use them.

I've gone to them for years and they are excellent.

I am very happy with them. They are willing to consider many options for treatment that I can afford because I can't afford the most expensive treatment. The doctor discusses our limited finances and she is very polite about it. She doesn't act like we are bad paddling or anything because we can't afford the most expensive tests. She's been able to recommend some treatments that I can get in pet source that are providing relief. My cat has got off her prescription diet and I have found that I have several options for where to purchase that prescription diet that they have almost no mark up on it at the vet. So I'm buying it directly from her for the least price I can find.

We just bought a puppy, and started taking him to Knapp. We've taken our two cats there for the past year and a half as well. Receptionist is always pleasant and helpful with questions, we can always get an appointment quickly, and the vets (we've seen three or four of them) are always pleasant and call back with results. They weighed each animal and clipped their nails, and the vet (Dr. Craven at this appointment) did a physical on each animal. We had lots of questions about the new puppy, and Dr. Craven never made us feel rushed and answered each question. Called later in the week to let us know the puppy needed a medicine and had it ready and waiting at the front counter.

The veterinarian was very patient and understanding with us. He was kind and gentle with our cat. He explained what he could tell about our cat from a physical exam, and then discussed options with us. He wasn't the kind of vet who gives high pressure sells for expensive tests and treatments even if it's not in the cat's best interest.
We also had to take in my Dad's 19 year old cat a while later and another veterinarian worked with us as we decided it because of his age, pain, and because he was no longer eating, it would be best to put his cat to sleep. Previous vets we have had have sometimes had difficulty finding a cat's vein, which is very painful for both the cat and for us to watch, but she administered first a sedative to the muscle which relaxed my Dad's cat, so he was able to peacefully slip away.
Both vets made sure we understood the procedure, and were sensitive to our pain. The vet clinic sends a hand written condolence card separately from the bill, which is a nice touch.

We like the Dr. Lori Schiefer. She is very friendly and gentle with the cats. My wife really likes her. We haven't compared their price. They do call us back.

Dr Paul Knapp is the veterinarian, they have 5 veterinarians in the hospital and Dr. Paul is the head DVM out there. He is very, very good. He takes credit for keeping our dogs alive for longer than they are supposed to be alive, we are very grateful. He has been our veterinarian for almost 30 years. He is on the board of directors and now the president in the board of directors of Guide dog schools and Snoopy, our black lab is a flunk out from Guide dog schools. He takes credit for keeping them alive longer than normal, currently the black lab. He is very, very good and the prices are good and moderate. With respect to punctuality, when I call I get the appointments at the times I want. He rarely has us waiting in the waiting room very long. We have to visit them in the end of the month for her wellness and something else. She is going to get some shots

They are very professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They are little on the expensive side.
