I cannot say enough good things about this company.  First, they were very responsive to my initial inquiry.  Then they were accommodating about scheduling an evening consultation and an evening installation.  The installation went smoothly, and they did not leave a speck of dust or dirt behind.  The products themselves are beautiful and sturdy.  But the best part of this company is the people - Barry, Carrie, and Revan are super friendly, kind, and know what they are doing.  We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing window treatments. 

A to Z this could not have gone better, from the initial visit from the owner, where she measured and assisted me with my order, to scheduling, to installation. All was exceptional.

My experience with this company was "Fantastic"!  From the first moment of me making the initial contact for someone to come out and measure, order, and subsequently install blinds,I was treated with the highest level of professionalism.  This is a family business that has apparently been around for a while and certainly knows the business.  I ended up ordering the Hunter Douglas Wood blinds and although I was a little hesitant about the price, Revan (the son-in-law and installer) assured me that the quality would be worth it.  Boy, was he correct.  I love them!  They look and feel great!  I would most definitely use this company again.

We were on a tight deadline and Barry Rubens delivered. He came to the house on the day I called, gave good advice, and quickly measured all 15 windows. The custom order was delivered 8 days later, and installation was done in 2 hours. They were quick and clean.
Barry even filled out the rebate form so all I needed to do was signed. He even gave me an addressed envelope (with a stamp)!

They were fantastic!  They gave great advice regarding the color and size of the blinds and were hugely responsive to concerns about how the blinds worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They provided the best customer service I have seen in years.

I can't say enough great things about Just Blinds. They were very helpful in replacing our entire house, without any pressure in the process. There were tons of options and Revan took time to help find just the right options. During install, Barry and Revan found a couple minor imperfections in the new blinds and quickly ordered replacements. Great attention to detail and made the installation process a snap. Just Blinds provided excellent customer service and was very helpful in helping us decide what type of blinds would best fit our needs and stay within our budget.  We were glad that we reached out to them to provide this service and would use them again. 

We couldn't be happier with the entire experience of working with Carrie and Barry.  Not only did they come to our home in the evening but Barry and Revan installed the blinds as well.  We like dealing with companies that handle everything from start to finish and we would recommend Just Blinds to anyone in the market.

He did a thorough check to see if it was battery related or motor and discovered the wand that held the batteries had corroded. Barry not only had the part with him, but showed up early for the appointment so we could head out over the weekend. The friendly service, professional attitude and excellent Hunter Douglas products are all first-class. Barry even remembered family stories we had shared with him years before and asked how everyone was. The time saved by relying on a trusted professional is priceless.

We worked with Revan. We were very impressed with his professionalism. The blinds are great: they fit properly, they work smoothly, they are easily adjusted so they are never crooked. We will definitely call Just Blinds when we are ready to do the upstairs.

After seeing the great service reviews, we scheduled an in-home appointment with this company.  Revan arrived promptly with his samples and reviewed our requirements room by room.  He  showed us the available products with information about each one's applicability to our need.   He was prompt, very polite and helpful, and did not spend time "selling us" on the Hunter Douglas line----he just presented the products, explained the company's service commitment and answered our questions.   The purchase process was totally painless, and within 3 weeks he called to schedule installation.
Revan and his father-in-law came to our house the next day, installed all the blinds in about 2 hours, and cleaned up each area afterwards.  They showed us how to take down each type of blind for cleaning and provided tips on product upkeep.  We enjoyed their "visit" during the installation process. We highly recommend this company.

This is the third time we've used Just Blinds and they didn't disappoint! They have an almost infinite variety of blinds and shades to choose from and they are experts at measuring and installing. They're prompt and professional and are very flexible to work around your schedule. I'd recommend them to anyone!
