Just Blinds

Barry and Carrie were excellent to work with. From our phone conversations through the home visit and all the way through the installation, the service was top-notch. Barry noticed our lower blinds (which I'd installed myself 18 months ago) had a minor issue in how they were installed. He offered to take care of it when he came back out to install the shades we'd ordered. When he came back out, he did take care of it, and at no extra charge. Things like that go a long way; you can tell this company cares about its customers.

Carrie & Barry are the best! This is the 2 nd time we have used them & I only wish that we had more windows in the house so that we could order from them again. They are personable, professional & efficient. They really know their stuff & when they are working with you, you feel like you are working with friends.

The total experience was great! We needed the blinds installed quickly and they were. The initial visit was great with good advice and help. We were kept informed and updated about when the blinds would be installed. The installation was a dream. Great consideration overall was paid to us and we really feel we got more than we paid for. A first!

Just Blinds was very flexible when scheduling the initial consultation and follow-up installation. Carrie knows the Hunter Douglas product well and was able to show me several options that fit my needs (insulated, no cords the cats can play with, etc.) and price range. The shades look great, are well made, and easy to use. They provided a great discount since I was an Angie's List member.

We greatly enjoy our window treatment from Just Blinds. They go above and beyond in the customer service arena. In this case, we'd not gone with a black out blind in our son's bedroom and then changed our mind. So, Barry promptly got back to us and ordered a new blind and was genuinely distraught that we couldn't use the blind we'd purchased from him just over a year ago. Unannounced to us, Barry discovered the window we had in our son's bedroom and over our kitchen window were the same size, so he moved the blind for us! So now instead of it going to waste, we have another great window treatment in our kitchen! You can't go wrong with Just Blinds, they have great products and Barry and Carrie are great people to work with.

We had previously redecorated entire family room, and window treatments were the last step. Carrie and Barry were a pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable about their product lines, very helpful, and very patient! They even came back a second time before placing our order to help us work through our indecision on the treatment for our patio door. At the time, Hunter Douglas was offering a mail-in rebate, which they made sure we were aware of. Barry did a great job installing our new blinds, hauled the old ones away, and offered to come back if we had any questions or concerns (which we haven't). The new window treatments are the perfect finishing touch to our family room project, and when we move on to our master bedroom project, we'll definitely be calling Just Blinds again.

Mr. Rosen was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to quickly help me choose what was best for my situation. I checked other places and his price quote was the best. He delivered in the time frame he promised (which was very quick). He was very personable and the installation went quickly and without any problems.

They were very professional, friendly, clean, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Great product too. Love the light-rise wooden and remote control blinds. Even got along with our two cats. Came back to install longer cords when manufacturer sent the wrong length free-of-charge.

Barrie and Carrie both came out to our house to help with selections and we made plans for future projects as well so we can continue as our wallet allows. They were both very helpful and Barrie did a great job installing everything as well as giving instructions. We felt very confident that we were getting a good product and that they really know there stuff. Great experience!

I called Just Blinds for a quote on shutters and blinds for my home. I live in Granville and that did not deter Barry, we made an appointment, he arrived on time and brought everything for me to look at. I had a real choice and he gave great advice. The prices were right on, exactly what I expected. The best part though was installation. Barry and his son came out to install everything, they are total pros. I LOVE MY NEW WINDOW TREATMENTS. Overall, if you want professional advice and installation, hire Just Blinds.

Carrie and her husband were terrific! She spent quite a bit of time with me, helping me to achieve the desired results in both function and style. The delivery and installation was prompt and professional. I will definitely call them again for future needs.

This is a small family-owned business. Carrie was helpful as I selected the shades. She was attentive to the best value for me (rather than pushing me toward the more expensive items when I would be happy with something that cost less). She helped me select colors that I absolutely love. Installation was performed by husband Barry and their son. They went "above and beyond" the call of duty, filling in nail holes even in window frames that didn't get new blinds! The entire experience was pleasant, and I would recommend them.

Both Carrie and her husband were prompt, friendly, courteous, and helpful. The blinds look great, and the price was very reasonable. We're very pleased and would definitely contact them again.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! Carrie was prompt with an e-mail request, that I sent from Angie's List, very professional and prompt, as was Barry when he came to install the blind. The blind was reasonably priced, certainly not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. The measurement was perfect. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for window treatments.

Barry was on time, conscious of not leaving debris in the room, and very polite. He repaired the blind within a few days of my initial phone call.

Overall, the experience has been excellent. Carrie and Barry are very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional -- a pleasure to work with. They pride themselves on providing excellent service. I highly recommend them. I will absolutely use them for any future shades I need. I wish all our service providers were as great to work with as the Rosens.

Overall I felt this company was wonderful to work with. Carrie Rosen had a lot of decorating/color sense. She was very helpful with suggestions and also worked with me on my own ideas. She was appropriately persistent to get the sale, but not pushy. (I needed that follow up with young children and distractions). Barry Rosen and his son installed the blinds. He is a perfectionist and they look beautiful. I really love them. It was expensive, but I did shop around. I bought Hunter Douglas, cordless, top down bottom up (so special features, great colors, etc.) There prices were good for the product. They also took all my existent blinds down, no problem...not everyone will do this for you.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and communication Just Blinds had with us. I was a little leery of spending a lot of money for blinds but having new windows installed I wanted good service with a great product. I researched quite a few different companies and landed on Just Blinds. I used Angie's List and a few other resources to come to that conclusion. Carrie came over and we went over swatches and she had a few great ideas. We ended up ordering a few days later. The blinds came in earlier than expected and of course being excited we wanted them installed pretty quickly. The Rosen's accomodated our request. Barry Rosen then came out the next day and installed them in about an hour. Both Carrie & Barry Rosen were extremely friendly and customer focused. We were very comfortable with both of the Rosen's. I will recommend and buy from them in the future.

Carrie and Barry are a joy to work with. They took all the time we needed to get the correct blinds for our home. Carrie showed us options and even discounts currently available and gave us a fair deal. When Barry came to install the blinds, he did not like the way a couple of them were cut and sent them to be replaced. A short time later he came, installed the new blinds and adjusted a valence that did not look right to him and made it look even better. We also found out we knew people from our collective past and also some great dining spots in the Columbus area. Would do this again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend their services. And, no, we are not a relative of theirs.
