Description of Work: J.F. Baker's Sons Roofing responded to my roofing situation promptly. They provided several written options from which I was able to select a solution that corrected the problem and eliminated a tree limb which would cause future problems. I am very satisfied.

Description of Work: Rubber roof.

Description of Work: I know; but chose not to disclose price. Replaced Roof, removed old and replaced new roof vents, added bathroom exhaust vents, and installed all around new under eaves vents

Description of Work: Used them to replace a flat roof rubber membrane. They were supposed to finish it before the winter, but did not due to Hurricane Ike (wind damage) which caused a number of leaking problems in our house that winter. Then, when they finally did put the roof up, they screwed the membrane under the siding on our house. It looked awful having black screws all along the side. Then they removed siding from where my garage juts out. I had to call over that weekend to have them come back, which they did. However, now its just a white sheet, not the original siding that was up. Finally, they did not put up any kind of trimming or anything. The job looks so sloppily done that I can't imagine anyone would ever consider this professional. I called the weekend all this occured, but never heard back so I just gave up.

Description of Work: The company did an estimate very professionally, coming up with a reasonable price. This time I had financial difficulties, and I asked how long the roof can still hold without a repair. I expected the anwer like "Oh, ASAP". But he took the time to examine the roof once again and said that it can wait for half a year more. I would never expect siuch an honest answer from a businessman that is clearly interested in the job to be done quicker. I would definitely use them nest time and recommend them to my family.
