I also got a free car wash. Customer service is great. It took about 20 - 25 minutes to perform service. Their waiting area is like some ones living room. Very comfortable.

They can be a little on the expensive. That is where I bought my truck, so I have it serviced there. I think they do quality work, they are just on the expensive side. If you have a General Motors or a Chevy, it's probably the place to take it.

They had my car for three weeks but there was a problem getting parts in. They had to paint my car three times to match the paint. They bent over backwards to get it correct. The workers were good. The waiting room is nice. I have been going there for twelve years.

The repair was completed in under an hour (which is good) and the service personnel were courteous and efficient. I called for an appointment for the recall repair in early November, but they could not schedule the repair until over a month later (which is bad - when safety is the issue).

Because the vehicle is a conversion camper van, a special bumper would have been required at a significantly greater cost and a huge shipping cost. Brian in parts was able to work with me and substitute a standard bumper for that moded of vehicle (Chevy Express extended van) which was about half of the initially quoted price and turned out to be more suitable (better ground clearance & just as good appearance) even than the original. The reglued mirror was quick & easy, and, once the bumper part came in, I had the vehicle back with all repairs in 5 days.

I was having problems with the brakes on the car as well as a vibration noise in the interior of the vehicle. They fixed the brakes for no charge because the vehicle was under warranty. They could not locate the vibration noise but it was not from them not trying. They had my vehicle for a week while I was out of town. They contacted me several times to give me updates on the vehicle. I purchased this vehicle from them in 2011 and the salesman have been great since the purchase. In 2012 I went back to purchase an extended warranty and they gave me a very good price.
