Sometimes in April of last year a guy showed up at our door and offered to perform a pest control service for half of their usual price (about $65.00), and told us if like it we will continue with the service, no contact signing at that time. We agreed on that one service, which was done in a few days after this conversation, it was a very poor service ( I have cameras installed around my house, so I could see the entire job, which only took about 12-15 minutes). We paid for this “service” with credit card and forgot all about this experience, until we began receiving harassing phone calls and emails. After I told them to stop calling the said that we have a signed agreement with them and have to pay some kind of a fee for breaking the contract, at that time I asked them to give us a copy of it, which they did and this contract was a shameless forgery complete with my signature faked (which didn’t even look like mine at all), plus they digitally copied this faked signature to different places in the agreement, which is against the law. I complained about this poor business practices to Ohio AG office, they still looking into it. Do not ever hire them if don’t like to be screwed.

Insight Pest Solutions is a company with poor communication and professionalism. The sales team, technicians, billing, management, email support, and upper management do not work together as a cohesive unit. I had multiple conversations about my services, the price I agreed to pay, and the company continued to bill and service my home incorrectly. I had the same conversation of displeasure multiple times with the company and it fell on deaf ears. The company will continue to call and harass through email and phone. On top of the disorganization from all levels of the company, their treatments were ineffective. The company accepts no accountable for their poor service, disorganization, and interactions with their clients. Be warned of their automatic billing and termination fees. This company takes no accountable for their incompetence.

This company told me i was under no contact and no obligation to stay with their services. I had a few treatments and needed to cancel my service. I was just temporarily canceling my service and was going to use them again. I found out i was lied too. I was under a 5 treatment contract at $100 per service that if i was to cancel i had to still pay $250 to cancel. The representative thst came out was very president but was very nice so i signed up. I guess its my fault for not reading the contract word for word as he was in front of my face telling me that everything he was telling me was in the cotract. But he LIED to me in my face. I asked him if i was under any contract and if i was to cancel early if i had to pay anything and he said no i was not uder any obligation! I feel very upset that i trusted this company and once my cotract is over i will NEVER sign back up with them or REFERENCE them to anyone.

They treat the outside around the house quarterly. This keeps most insects out. However some scouts or whatever come in and Pest Control will come inside to treat them. Just call. They are very through.

Dwight was very friendly. He explained the application and how the rain later that day would dissolve it. He paid extra attention to avoid my vegetable garden and made sure the flea and tick application covered the backyard for my dog.

The company notified me through email to remind me about my appointment and even gave me the option to pick a different day or time if I wanted to change it. They provided the service on the originally scheduled day and left a very comprehensive summary of the treatment provided. They do routine stuff on a quarterly basis. They are supposed to be taken care of all unwanted creepy crawlers pest. I don't know if they are involved with rodents. The bugs and insects and all those things. They do inside and out. I have an ongoing service. I don't know how they compare with prices. They came to the door and ask if I wanted to hire them. They seemed reasonable to me. Mostly what they do is they came and treated inside the house really thoroughly when we began. The quarterly visits are all external unless I say I have seen a problem inside, then they come in and do the inside. The quarterly visits, I get a call that says they are going to be here on such and such a day between these hours. There is no need for me to be home. If I am home, they will knock on the door and let me know. They do what they say they are going to do.
